"When are family started our search for vacation rentals along the Oregon coastline we knew what we wanted and after looking at nearly hundreds of homes Villa Pacifica seem to have all of what we are searching for. Of course I always am nervous until we actually walk into the property photos can be deceiving. This place does not disappoint we walked in and are jaws dropped beautiful is an understatement. When they advertise on the beach they truly mean it!!! So convenient especially when you have small children. The Villa comes with all the amenities needed plus alot of extra little things that truly add up. Our family enjoyed eating almost every meal on the deck with the table and chairs provided. The hot tub is truly blissful and you'll never want to get out!! The area in which the house sits is so quiet and peaceful no loud party types just blissful vacationers wanting to enjoy the beautiful ocean. This place is perfect and I can't even think of a single thing I would change. The 6 1/2 hour drive our family traveled with two small boys was completely worth it! Thank you Villa P for the wonderful memories that we were able to create. We will be back to see you soon!"

"We feel so fortunate to have spent four nights in this delightful cottage right on the beautiful Rogue river. This was our first trip to Gold Beach and surrounding areas and we wish we could have stayed at least a week. The cottage was very well equipped with kitchen essentials, fresh linens and even basic necessities like shampoo, etc. Our 104 mile trip on a jet boat was a fantastic way to see the three sections of the river: recreational, scenic and wild. You will see an abundance of wildlife and natural beauty, hear about the river and its fascinating history, get a little wet and have a delicious lunch at one of the river resorts. Salmon fishing with Tyson, a local guide, landed us a nice 20 lb. salmon. Galleries and good eats in both directions...Hawthorne Gallery and Redfin restaurant in Port Orford are worth the drive north along the rugged coast. We'll be back to Susie's wonderful cottage."

"On our first trip to the Oregon coast we were amazed at the this home. The floor to ceiling windows that faced the ocean provided some of the most spectacular views that we have ever seen. We were able to see whales from the comfort of an easy chair. My wife, an unabashed foodie, had a wonderful time in the beautiful kitchen and the family was able to be part of everything with the open floor plan. The home is secluded but not far from amenities in the nearby town of Gold Beach ( about a 9 minute drive away). The beach was easy to get to and we loved the sunsets from the house and the beach. Kirk, the property manager, fielded all of our questions, told us about what to see and do and even made reservations at a couple good restaurants for us. There was plenty of space for our party of four and we had a great vacation. We strongly recommend the Seascape house for any getaway and look forward to returning!"
