"Our stay was GREAT! Everything with the comforts of your own home. We wouldn't be going back home tomorrow if my husband was already retired! We'd stay here again and again. Ken Nolan was very down-to-earth in all of our dealings with him not to mention very honest. We would recommend staying here before even contemplating another property and location. HAPPY TRAILS to all who enter "No Name Street" which of course was hilarious to our OnStar employees.

"My brother and I searched a long time before settling on this location for a mini-family reunion for the two of us and our spouses. We're pretty picky, and yet it was everything we hoped for.
Fantastic location overlooking the ocean. The two main bedrooms on the ground level were separated enough for good privacy and the common areas were clean, filled with nice ammenities and sporting a wonderful view. We didn't have kids with us but, had we, the bedroom on the second floor looked like a super-fun place for a younger generation to have their own area to run amok without bothering the so-called grown-ups. The beach was indeed relatively private as advertised. The bonfire pit was a nice addition. The propery management firm handling the logistics were professional and friendly from start to fnish.
In short, no complaints here, and that's not something I say very often.
This is a comment from us, not a complaint: If you're not fond of stairs, then beach access won't work so well -- 77 of them to reach the beach -- my sister-in-law counted them!"

"Sounds of the Sea is our go to beach house when we are visiting the Brookings area. We have two little ones, and the house has everything we could need and more for making our stay comfortable. Besides having comfy beds and a stocked kitchen, there is also a pack-n-play and high chair available for use. The house is located near the harbor and close to great restaurants and activities. We are looking forward to our next stay at Sounds of the Sea!"
