"We would give this condo an A+ in every way. Rainbow Rock is just as beautiful as the photos show online. This condo was comfortable and clean, with a great ocean view. Brookings is a nice, bustling little town on the coast, and you are a half days drive from the California Redwoods to the south, or a half days drive from beautiful Oregon coastal towns to the north. If you want to stay right there, the Condo beach trail will take you right down to a very beautiful beach. This two bedroom condo really sleeps 4, with additional space on the couch in the living room if your party is bigger. We had 5 people, and it worked out ok. Three couples would be too many."Guest: Al Date of Stay: September 2014 Review Submitted: October 6, 2014View listing
"We just got back from one week at the Helm. Great location and right on the beach. Couldn't ask for a better place. It had everything we needed for an excellent beach vacation."Guest: Anonymous Date of Stay: April 2014 Review Submitted: April 26, 2014View listing
"The Hacienda House surpassed my expectations, the pictures don't depict the spaciousness, it was a little hard to find tucked back off the road. The neighbors have some sort of music system with the base set very high, it played all day and all night. Still it is a great place, would love to return. Thanks! M & J"Guest: Mona M. "Beautiful view! Comfortable beds, owner great to work with and close walk to a nice beach. Disappointed that only one side of the garage was usable,as well a deck off the bedroom. The jets in the bathtub wouldn't turn off one night and when it rained hard, water dripped at a pretty good rate down the front of the fireplace glass, soaking two dish towels over night. Those things didn't affect our stay. We enjoyed the home and surroundings. It just would have been nice to have been notified prior to coming, of the garage situation and I was really looking forward to the bathtub with jets=) Not a deal breaker though."Guest: MK Date of Stay: April 2014 Review Submitted: May 2, 2014View listing
