"We had a lovely weekend at this house. The pictures don't do it justice. An absolutely beautiful spot on the river and every thing you could possibly want in the house. And Rich was lovely to work with!"

"My friends and I rented Laurie's home for a birthday trip. We knew it would be nice from the pictures and description, but it exceeded all our expectations. When we walked in we were greeted by a beautifully decorated living room with expansive views of the gorgeous hillside.
The house itself is amazing. There were 8 of us and we had more than enough room. It was raining one day of our trip so we cooked breakfast in the well-stocked kitchen and then spent time in the hot tub enjoying the beautiful scenery. There is also a ping pong table, which we used later on.
Laurie was easy to work with and available if we had any questions or concerns. Fortunately our stay was perfect so we didn't need to call her. She left a vase of freshly picked flowers for us, which was a thoughtful touch.
One of the best things about this home is how affordable it is. We would have spent the same amount, if not more if we had rented hotel rooms. It was also nice to be within a short drive to downtown Ashland, but also to be out in the country. There is a lake that is just over the hill from the house and I would love to come back during the summer and spend time there.
I look forward to returning to Ashland and renting this wonderful home again!!"

"Beth went out of her way to greet us on our time and was so accommodating and wonderful! She gave us incredible suggestions on where to go and what to do in Ashland. You can't beat the location! It's wonderful and ideal. The cottage is so lovely and had me wishing I could move in permanently. The shower is fantastic and all the amenities you could ever need were provided. The bed is very comfortable. It's so relaxing and fabulous. There's also a cute little porch to enjoy coffee in the morning or wine at might. Thank you Beth! It's one of a kind. I hope to come back someday."

"This one bedroom half of an old house is perfectly located for walking to the theaters. The property is well maintained and had everything we needed. The parking in the alley behind the house is very convenient. We left our car there for the entire time we were in Ashland and walked everywhere.
If we had wanted to do complicated cooking, the kitchenette with no stove would not have been an ideal, but it was fine with so many restaurants nearby."
