"Our quilting group has stayed at the wonderful Lodge several times now and each time is better than the last! The facilities and kitchen are great for big or smaller groups. It is a beautiful, big house with a great homey feel to it. The host ,Liz , is very helpful and knows all about the area. It is a wonderful place to walk, sit on the deck, enjoy the views and just relax. We go there to sew, visit, and eat wonderful meals but it would be a great family reunion spot with all the bedrooms and spacious living room area. I highly recommend the Crystalwood Lodge!"

"What a beautiful, little cabin in the woods. Spring was surely trying to make itself known as the birds where chirping and nesting. We even saw a wild turkey waddle through the lawn! This home is nicely put together and had all we needed to make meals there, instead of eating out every night. I wish I could have enjoyed the deck, but the rain was keeping everything watered. Not too disappointed, as it was quite cozy and comfortable inside. I had a relaxing trip, just what was needed. Mistee was very nice to work with. Hope to come back soon."

"Located in the best place, furnished and outfitted as if the owners themselves live there full time, this place is 5+ stars. Everything we needed for the week we stayed we had. Right down to covered car parking, to resort comfort bedding and pillows and more. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to rent from an owner that takes pride in his rentals, and hasn't furnished it from IKEA or the Salvation Army. Can't wait to be back in January!!!"

"This lovely retreat was our last stop on our honeymoon road trip down the Oregon Coast, through the Redwood Forest and over to Crater Lake. Rob and Anne (the owners) go above and beyond to make you feel special as the "cabin guests ". This property was grandfathered in so it's nestled right on the Rouge River and Rob has installed LED lights so that at night when you're enjoying your private riverside patio you can see the deer drinking from the other side. Breakfast quiche, fresh squeezed OJ, coffee, AND fresh fruit were delivered to the patio promptly at 9 AM and the homemade quiche was fluffy and delicious! Checkout was at noon and I wanted to savor every moment so we didn't leave until 12:01! I didn't want to leave, it's the kind of place that feels like home right away! The service was impeccable and the cabin was adorned with antique and rustic decor which made it very cute and cozy . We intended to use the fireplace and tub but spent the majority of the time out on the patio, staring at the Majestic Rouge and playing Monopoly (Games/cards provided). If you're going to be staying in this area you don't need to look any further. Book this cabin now! You will not regret it!"
