"We loved this charming lodge full of comfy, authentically historic rooms in a gorgeous, quiet location. We rented canoes nearby and spent a magical afternoon on the water. Another day we went up to Crater Lake and hiked the rim trail in the snow - beautiful. We had a large birthday gathering and the place was perfect - good beds, plenty of bathrooms, well equipped kitchen. When there was an issue with something in the house, the owner worked with us by email to resolve it. Highly recommended - I would definitely rent again!"

"Point Comfort truly lived up to it's name during a trip to see relatives in Klamath Falls. My car died in an intersection in town. That meant a 265 mile tow home and a rental car. Each evening when I came back to the cabin, it was a magical and peaceful respite. My time at the lake turned my nightmare of a trip into a beautiful experience. I was able to rise early and capture the spectacular sunrises with my new camera, then sleep in a cozy, warm, comfortable cabin. I felt safe and snug. It is a privilege to stay at Point Comfort. Thank you for all of the time and work that goes into creating such a wonderful place. Cheryl was a delight to visit with. Now that I am home safe and sound and the car is in the shop, I remember the fabulous sunrises and peace that surrounding me. I don't dwell on the struggles with the car. I hope to return next year and for many years to come."

"Beautiful, comfortable home. Gorgeous views of wildlife: egrets, heron, white pelican, western grebe - even a family of otters. Nearby hiking - moderate trails for easy, short walks.
Boat docks and deck surrounding the house were disappointing to us, as we have issues with balance and walking on rough, uneven surfaces.
Weather great, and the owner on site and gracious. The dog had a super time!"

"Pictures didn't do it justice. Great house. Lots of scenery and deer walking all around. Ruddy Duck had some delicious food, if you aren't looking to cook. I have seen it in other reviews as well but we ran out of toilet paper in one bathroom on the first day. No extra TP throughout the house but honestly the only issue we had. Will try to stay again the next year we are in town."
