"We stayed here for 2 nights in mid-August with our 4 kids ages 13, 11, 9, and 7 and we all LOVED it. The first thing my kids did was to take out the canoe and row boat and paddle around the "island". I grabbed a drink and sat on the deck and watched them and enjoyed the beautiful scenery.... land, pond, cattle, trees, birds...just perfect. We cooked dinner at the house. Grocery shopping was scarce in Chiloquin (the owner had told us this before hand) so we had to made due. The next night we shopped in Klamath Falls. The kids loved eating at the breakfast bar. We enjoyed the hot tub under the stars each night. There is train near by but it didn't sound often and we actually enjoyed that sound. We drove to Crater Lake while there....an easy drive.
My kids found frogs. On the side of the house was a birds nest with babies so we got to watch the parent birds feed the babies.
All the descriptions on this sight are accurate. It was exactly what I expected and better in person."

"We loved our accommodations in Ashland. Lovely home, fully equipped kitchen, and a wonderful fragrant spice garden to sit and relax in. A perfect setting for A mother and daughter get away in the interesting and eclectic Rogue valley. Wineries, Lavendar fields and Shakespeare."

"We loved the house and it was a great location. The 3rd floor could use some air conditioning on those hot days, but you can throw open the balcony doors and it cools off at night. Loved sitting in the yard and having the deer walk right by. I would recommend this house to stay if you like old charm. Very comfortable, all you need."

"We stayed here with our 2 grown daughters to celebrate a college graduation. Perfectly situated just a few short blocks from the theatres, delicious restaurants, and a wonderful coop right across the street! Beautiful tree lined streets, quiet at night, and a lovely deck where you can eat breakfast or dinner or enjoy a glass of wine. The cottage was very clean and well appointed and we would highly recommend for anyone wanting to enjoy what ashland has to offer. Owner courteous and prompt in all inquiries."
