  • Great location for renewing of your mind, body, and spirit!

"This property is truly everything as it is described - cute little house - awesome location -for many aspects of outdoor activities but still within walking distance of food, store, and church! We spend my hubbys birthday here and mostly enjoyed its proximity to the woods for berry picking, hunting and to the awesome inspired teaching on Sunday from Pastor Jon Courson at the nearby Applegate Christian Fellowship."

  • Excellent location, adorable cottage, incredibly nice hosts!

"We just celebrated our 20th anniversary by going where we spent our honeymoon - Ashland! This time, we had a newborn (yes- 20 years later, we had a kid!). This was the perfect place for a couple, or even a couple with a newborn. We stayed 7 nights and enjoyed every minute. They designed the cottage to make use of space effectively, and it shows. It's super comfortable, has a full kitchen, is centrally located, and the hosts really go out of their way to ensure you have the best possible time."

  • Wonderful location...great for two couples!

"We enjoyed our stay in Ashland, hiking, wine tasting, great restaurants and shopping. The townhouse is very contemporary, beautifully designed and furnished, with exceptionally comfortable furniture, soft atmospheric lighting, and flat screen televisions everywhere. The inter-room music system is wonderful; but we wished we had had better instruction on how to use it. The kitchen was well stocked but some missing wine glasses which meant that four people could often not have the same type of glass. We did not do a lot of cooking (Ashland has so many amazing restaurants), but appreciated kitchen in the morning for breakfast and the rooftop patio for pre-dinner appetizers. For the most part the townhouse was spotless, the bedding was very high quality and would only suggest they clean the area rug in the living room soon. The shower were indeed small and the only real disappointment was that the beautiful tub in the master was out of order and I was specially looking forward to a long soak each evening. The view from the fourth floor outdoor patio is spectacular, just as advertised, and we were able to use in several times when the sun cooperated. This townhouse is private, but do be aware that there is some road noise which is to be expected in the city and the Club across the alley is open until 2am and it was often quite loud for our friends staying in the rear bedroom. The up side is that the townhouse sits right in the heart of downtown Ashland, about a one-minute walk from theaters or Starbuck's coffee, just around the corner from Amuse Restaurant, Alchemy, Smithfield's and Standing Stone Brewery just to name a few."
