  • Cleanest VRBO!

"We loved our Thanksgiving stay at the High Street Cottage! It was the cleanest VRBO we have ever rented. The owners were very kind and helpful. It is a wonderful location, and easy walk to downtown."

  • Great stay in the Blue Heron House

"We had a great four night stay in the Blue Heron House. Our host, Rich, was friendly and introduced us to the cabin's features such as the wood stove. The cabin was impeccably clean and well-appointed. We had a great time exploring the nearby North Bank Habitat Management Unit, as well as some waterfalls, the colliding rivers, and the small town of Glide, not to mention the beautiful North Umpqua River in the backyard! This won't be our last trip to the Blue Heron House!"

  • Great location, good for a family

"My family (six adults, two small kids) spent a long weekend in Ashland, and found Maxfield's almost perfect for our needs. The location is unbeatable and the house is very pleasant. As noted elsewhere, the trundle beds are a bit of a compromise, but everything else is very comfortable. There's plenty of room for families, the kitchen is large and well stocked, and the laundry facilities were much appreciated."
