  • Convenient, clean and comfortable

"This was the perfect place for us to stay. It is incredibly close to the Food Co-op, which is fabulous as it is possible within just a minute to walk to the store and get food for our picnics and meals. It was very clean, tidy and easy to move around in. Sitting outside on the deck under the tree was pleasant and shady. The air conditioning was appreciated during the hot summer. The owner was helpful and available and quick to respond."

  • Quiet & quaint

"2 couples - staying for 3nights...great neighborhood, quiet and everyone friendly. Yard and deck provide nice seating for reading, eating and just relaxing with a good cup of coffee or wine. Deer in yard everyday, some live there. Along with a social cat to welcome you...this is an older home...kitchen is older with fair amount of supplies, not modern but older and cozy and clean.....will return when possible. We all truly felt very relaxed here and loved the location!"

  • Beautiful Views of the Rogue River from any place on the property!!!

"Pictures do not do justice to the actual size of this property. Main house is two stories with plenty of sleeping rooms. Next to the main house is a large studio room with sink, full size fridge and attached two car garage. North end of the property has a wonderful "Tea Room" with bed, and the South end has a screened gazebo with a bed. Any area of the property you are on has magnificent views of the Rogue River with access to the river from the property's own dock that goes down to the water. This property is so big I had to call my wife on her cell phone to find out where she was!! Judy met us at the property when we arrived and gave us an informative tour of the entire property. She was wonderful to do business with. There is lots to sight see in the area with Grants Pass, Medford, Ashland and Jacksonville close by. Have lived in Oregon for over 40+ years, and finally went to "The Oregon Vortex". Definitely worth a stop for the whole family. Will definitely recommend to friends, and look forward to staying again in the future!!"
