  • Amazing home - Will definitely rent again!!

"My friends and I rented Laurie's home for a birthday trip. We knew it would be nice from the pictures and description, but it exceeded all our expectations. When we walked in we were greeted by a beautifully decorated living room with expansive views of the gorgeous hillside. The house itself is amazing. There were 8 of us and we had more than enough room. It was raining one day of our trip so we cooked breakfast in the well-stocked kitchen and then spent time in the hot tub enjoying the beautiful scenery. There is also a ping pong table, which we used later on. Laurie was easy to work with and available if we had any questions or concerns. Fortunately our stay was perfect so we didn't need to call her. She left a vase of freshly picked flowers for us, which was a thoughtful touch. One of the best things about this home is how affordable it is. We would have spent the same amount, if not more if we had rented hotel rooms. It was also nice to be within a short drive to downtown Ashland, but also to be out in the country. There is a lake that is just over the hill from the house and I would love to come back during the summer and spend time there. I look forward to returning to Ashland and renting this wonderful home again!!"

  • Great house

"I stayed here for a month while in town on business. It is nicely furnished and a great location. Just blocks from the plaza and area attractions, all easy walking distance. The Co-op grocery store is just round the corner with a great selection of fresh produce and great food counter."

  • Great location, great home, nice town

"Stayed there for a week in June (finally had time to write a review!!). Couldn't have asked for a more comfortable place with such pleasant, comfortable surroundings. Less than an hour to coast & close to some hiking areas we wanted to explore. Clean, spacious, comfortable home with super-comfortable beds in charming town of Elkton (take a stop at the community butterfly garden & fort - students from school staff it). Newer washer/dryer, beautifully decorated, and the home even had a piano that I tinkered on which was a plus! A short 1 block walk to Tomaselli's - fantastic salads, sandwiches, etc. (Tomaselli's food was so good - we skipped making our own meals mostly - even though kitchen was well stocked). We were very delighted with our stay there and are looking forward to coming back soon. SO relaxing!"

  • Great accomodations

"We were quite comfortable in this rental. Two large bedrooms, wonderful bathroom and enough kitchen space/appliances to be able to have breakfast or lunch. In addition there were two outdoor tables, beautiful garden and a grill. It was about a mile walk from the theatre which was enjoyable except for late at night when it was pretty dark out so we ended up driving to the evening shows. We could also walk in about 10 minutes to the food coop and adjacent neighborhood."
