  • Great Property

"Fox farm cottage is centrally located and perfect for exploring the Oregon wine country. The property is clean, well appointed and the owners are very very helpful. We will definitely return."

  • Great house, great location!

"This house is not only very nice and in a great location, it is also a great deal. We were a bit worried that the location would be too isolated (we're used to staying in downtown Eugene), but it was actually great and gave us an opportunity to explore a new area. We were able to walk to a little playground with the kids, walk to Market of Choice, and walk to Prince Pucklers, McMenamin's and Agate Alley. We also walked to Hendricks Park. I still think you do need a car, but it's nice to be able to do some things without it. The only thing missing in the kitchen was a salad spinner, but we were able to use my mom's. The beds were very comfortable and all of the appliances worked great. We especially liked waking up in the morning and coming down the stairs into the pretty living room with tons of windows. The photos on the site don't really do it justice. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks!"

  • lovely place to stay

"If you are staying in the Newberg area, the house is conveniently located. Easy drive to other towns in the area. The house is charming, 100 years old, loved the family photos of many generations. It accommodates 6 or even more people, or you can have lots of privacy if there are just a few of you. Well equipped kitchen, laundry, and 3 bedrooms. Roll away bed came in handy for my nephew who was an unexpected guest. There are only 2 bathrooms, but that worked fine for our group of 4. There's a hot too. The owner is wonderful and very helpful."

  • Top-notch guest house in prime Eugene location

"My husband and I spent 3 nights at Town & Gown Guesthouse near downtown Eugene. We felt at home from the minute we walked in. The house was beautifully and comfortably furnished with everything we needed, including an up-to-date kitchen, two bedrooms, two full baths, and a large, inviting living and dining area. My husband enjoyed playing the piano. Ingrid was a thoughtful host, providing fresh flowers and delicious coffee/breakfast treats for us. The location is prime, with markets and several good restaurants within 1-3 blocks. We easily walked downtown from Town & Gown. I highly recommend this property and will definitely stay here again when we return to Eugene."
