"This house is not only very nice and in a great location, it is also a great deal. We were a bit worried that the location would be too isolated (we're used to staying in downtown Eugene), but it was actually great and gave us an opportunity to explore a new area. We were able to walk to a little playground with the kids, walk to Market of Choice, and walk to Prince Pucklers, McMenamin's and Agate Alley. We also walked to Hendricks Park. I still think you do need a car, but it's nice to be able to do some things without it. The only thing missing in the kitchen was a salad spinner, but we were able to use my mom's. The beds were very comfortable and all of the appliances worked great. We especially liked waking up in the morning and coming down the stairs into the pretty living room with tons of windows. The photos on the site don't really do it justice. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks!"

"What a perfect place to enjoy the Eugene area as well as the beautiful McKenzie river! The house is perfect, charmingly decorated, very comfortable and in a beautiful setting with lots of places to sit outside. I especially loved the couch upstairs next to the big window overlooking the river. Eugene is just minutes away yet you feel you're way out in the country here, with no city noises at all. I especially appreciated the warm welcome I received from the owners. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Oregon."

"My husband and I stayed here for a month because we relocated for his job. It's a great cottage in a quiet neighborhood & just what we were looking for. The kitchen had everything we needed to make us feel at home while we were looking for a home! (Our stuff was in storage.) I'm thankful that pets were allowed. Our 2 Boston Terriers loved laying on the back deck. We were able to walk to a convenience store, credit union & a handful of restaurants in Philomath. Thank you for making this available to people, Monica!"

"My husband and I just returned from a fabulous weekend in Carlton, Oregon, where we enjoyed wonderful cuisine and entertainment just a few steps away from our winery loft. We appreciated the attention to detail with so many amenities provided to us during our stay, including convenient parking right below. We found the loft to be beautifully decorated, private, clean, quiet and comfortable (with controlled temperature). It was most definitely a wonderful place to end our days of sightseeing and wine tasting. I would highly recommend this loft as an ideal place to stay while on vacation."
