"University House has been a special place for our family. We love the charming home and inn keeper and will definitely stay again. It was our 3rd stay where our family gathered and enjoyed a reunion and celebration. The outdoor area is cozy but relaxing and comfortable. Thank you!"

"Celebrating our 41st wedding anniversary in Eugene, where it all started for us before moving away, this house was the perfect setting for our return after so many years. Gorgeous property in a lovely neighborhood, we couldn't have asked for more. Although we didn't meet the owners personally, they were extremely helpful and informative as we considered our lodging choices."

"Wow!! We "girls" had a wonderful time!! So roomy, comfy beds, all the amenities you could need!! We really enjoyed the Bakery right next door. We had pizza the first night and pastries (try the shortbread and cookies) the next morning.
Love the Huge Fridge! We got to partake in a Historical Reenactment that was going on during our stay. The home is historic and well appointed with nice furniture, housewares, W/D, Dartboard, Foosball, wifi, LARGE TV, lots of towels/linens.
We are planning a return visit!!!"

"As usual, my stay at the Cottage was relaxing, comfortable and quiet. I love the fact that we are made to feel like we are visiting family, yet have our own space. My college sophomore son had a presentation to write and came over. He worked on his laptop in the backyard while I enjoyed the 85 degree weather. The only sounds on this amazing Saturday afternoon came from the birds. We both left for dinner feeling refreshed and accomplished. The proximity to stores and shops on 3rd Street is a nice walk."
