"Wonderful little home in the NE section of Portland! My husband, teenage daughter and I spent 5 days in this charming Victorian house. Very clean and comfortable house. We were in a wonderful neighborhood and near to some great restaurants. Tasty & Sons (our favorite spot) and the People's Pig. Also near a great market, New Seasons on Williams. We rented bikes (Everybody's Bike) & rode to Downtown and Artists District. Near public transportation or UBER it. No need for a car.
Julie responded quickly to our questions and Rocio was very welcoming and helpful. I highly recommend it and will be back again."

"Loved this location in Portland and the apartment was lovely. Very well maintained with the history of an old home but beautiful, clean and comfortable. The parking space was helpful as well as we took many day trips. The owner, Ed, gave us a little orientation and was also very helpful in recommending local places for food and activities"

Great location; well maintained and clean property
"I had a great visit to Eugene and this house played a role in that positive experience. I arrived late at night and the owner had stocked the place with a loaf of bread, butter, juice, and fresh ground coffee...very nice touch (thanks again, Ingrid!). This is a property with an older charm, but is well maintained and clean. It is well appointed throughout and the well equipped kitchen allowed me to cook all the meals that I had planned. The three-ring binders included everything you needed to know about the property and the Eugene area. Eugene is not that big, but nonetheless this property is conveniently located near everything you might need (shopping, various restaurants, hiking, U of O, etc.). Off-street parking for one vehicle also added to the convenience."
