  • Son's wedding weekend

"Thank you for an exceptional four days in your lovely house. It was better than we expected, we had a hard time leaving. I think all 22 guests would agree that this was the best away from home experience we all had together. Thank you, thank you, and we will be back."

  • Great house, great location!

"This house is not only very nice and in a great location, it is also a great deal. We were a bit worried that the location would be too isolated (we're used to staying in downtown Eugene), but it was actually great and gave us an opportunity to explore a new area. We were able to walk to a little playground with the kids, walk to Market of Choice, and walk to Prince Pucklers, McMenamin's and Agate Alley. We also walked to Hendricks Park. I still think you do need a car, but it's nice to be able to do some things without it. The only thing missing in the kitchen was a salad spinner, but we were able to use my mom's. The beds were very comfortable and all of the appliances worked great. We especially liked waking up in the morning and coming down the stairs into the pretty living room with tons of windows. The photos on the site don't really do it justice. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks!"

  • A Great Value for an Extended Stay

"My wife and I were in Eugene for a three week visit. This rental was very clean and comfortable. The owner was gracious, honest, and helpful. At various times both friends and family members stayed with us. They all commented on how nice the property was. We did have hot weather. Although there is no A.C., there were several fans. It was nice to have garage parking. The blueberry bushes were producing a lot of fruit. It was delicious. We also found the property to be well located in Eugene. There were restaurants, pharmacy, and grocery shopping within walking distance. This was definitely a good value. We could not have stayed in a hotel for what we paid."

  • Postcard perfect Christmas

"We loved our holiday stay at the farmhouse. Two families returning home to Oregon for Christmas from Utah and Southern California. 7 guests; 4 adults, 2 teens, and a toddler. We were able to host our local extended family for get togethers. The large dining table was perfect for family meals. The house is beautifully restored and feels brand new. Charmingly decorated and well appointed. Cooking in the large kitchen was a joy. A very cozy and warm home. The beds were comfortable. We especially enjoyed the enormous master suite. The claw foot tub and gas fireplace were the icing on the cake! The owners were very easy to work with. Friendly, professional, and very quick to respond to any questions. They were very accommodating, going the extra mile to allow our local family to surprise us with a beautifully decorated Christmas tree and other decorations upon arrival. It was a magical surprise. We enjoyed the beautiful scenery and afternoon walks around the area. However, we never found the old cemetery. One morning we were visited by a large flock of wild turkeys and later spotted several deer in the neighboring vineyard. I spent many hours curled up in the sunroom with a book, watching the fog roll across the little valley. Picturesque! We hope to return someday."
