  • Great location, perfect quiet and relaxing retreat

"My husband and I came to the Willamette Valley for our honeymoon, and we wanted to stay in McMinnville to be close to amenities and centrally located. We found this place and were very happy with the location and value. We were so happy when we arrived to find a lovely and quaint cottage where we could kick back and relax (with, of course, some TV and wireless, too)! You can walk to all the restaurants and wine tasting rooms in downtown from this place, and it's not a far drive to the other major wine tasting areas. We really loved having onsite laundry, as well, and the basic staples are daily living are stocked, allowing you to do laundry or clean up after a nice dinner cook-out, etc. The back porch off the master bedroom was an added bonus. All told, we were very happy with our stay and loved calling the place home for a week! If ever we're back in the area, we know exactly where we'll stay."

  • Wonderful House!

"This was a great stay in McMinnville. While it is on a busy street with some noise, it is such an easy walk to downtown. The house is perfect for 3-4 people and the hosts left us some lovely treats and wine! The check-in process is super easy and we had a great stay!"

  • Perfect!

"The cute cottage was perfect for walking to downtown and driving to wineries. The neighborhood was peaceful, the yard and garden were beautiful. We had a wonderful, relaxing evening sitting in the backyard. We had mixed up the dates for our arrival and were so embarrassed, but Connie was gracious, helpful, and understanding. The bed was comfortable and the room had everything we could need. We enjoyed the Thistle restaurant one night and Nick's the next and recommend them both. If you're looking for a quiet place to stay while visiting your child at Linfield, exploring the McMinnville area, or learning about all the fun wineries in the region, this is the place to stay!"

  • Great house close to downtown

"Pros: -very clean! Lots of cleaning supplies to clean yourself (we stayed for a month, so this was important) -wine, sparkling wine and muffins left for us by Janet (the home owner) -kitchen is stocked with all that you need to cook if you'd like - a short walk to (6 blocks to main street (3rd street), 3 blocks to the park -there are games, books, foosball and Netflix if you need it for the kids -keyless entry - no keys, that was convenient -check in and check out process was very easy -Janet is very responsive if you need something"
