"Wife and I stayed here and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Kim was great to work with from beginning to end - and even met us for an early check in. The place was great - loved the décor and definitely appreciated the AC since it was a bit warm outside during the first few days of our trip. Internet and Cable was a plus for the evenings. The location was great - close to tons of food and highways. Definitely recommend it!"

"Another great stay at the winery with friends from California this year! It's is consistently a place you can be proud to bring your friends. The house is equipped with any cooking tool imaginable which makes cooking in a breeze. The home is so comfortable with all 3 couples enjoying a beautiful master suite. The deck is huge with an incredible vineyard and valley view. Lots of room to spread out or congregate together in multiple areas of the house and surroundings."

"Loved this place. Sometimes you never know even with the pictures but the pictures do not lie. It was like having our own apartment.
Sally and Ron were great although we only met them once. Very private accommodations. They have apple, plum, and pear trees on the property and shared their harvest with us. Also, having breakfast foods provided is a huge bonus. We never ate out for breakfast while we were there which saved us $$. Had cereal, yogurt, fruit, bread (Killer Dave's Good Seed bread is fantastic!), eggs, bacon, juice, and milk. Exceptional perk!
The place was clean and well maintained. The bed was comfortable and provided us a good night sleep which we needed. We went up to the tree house a couple of times and that is a pretty cool experience.
We were close to McMinnville, and visited the town a few times, either for dinner or just to visit the historical district. The people in the town are great!
We visited a few wineries and made two trips to the coast, central cost one day and the northern coast another. It is about a hour's drive to the central coast and an hour and half to the north. And, the drives to the coast, especially to the north, are great as you drive thru the mountains.
And, of course, can't forget the goats! They are a neat attraction. Very friendly and curious. Fun to see them each day.
Can't say enough good things about this property and if I am ever fortunate enough to visit the area again, Sally and Ron's place will be the first I will check out!
You won't be disappointed!"

"We have definitely found the best place to stay when we travel to Portland. The Beervana apartment was great this July. We have stayed at B&Bs and homes in other cities and in hotels on past trips to Portland. We found the Beervana apartment to be the best for comfort, convenience, and friendliness and helpfulness of the owners. We were very fortunate to meet Brian and Kimberley and their smart, adorable son and their sweet, gentle dog Dunkel.
The apartment was immaculately clean and uncluttered, nicely furnished, and spacious. The beds were very comfortable, and we slept well every night. We especially enjoyed the courtyard patio for breakfast or beverages or reading a book or petting sweet Dunkel. The location was perfect, and off-street parking was a plus. The apartment was in a nice, safe neighborhood, and everything was in walking distance or a short drive. It was super convenient to restaurants, locally-owned shops, and grocery stores on Hawthorne and Belmont and a Fred Meyer grocery across the street for the inevitable 10pm run for some craving. It was great to be able to walk to Powell’s Books annexes on Hawthorne. Several nice parks were nearby. Also the apartment was only 15 minutes from the airport and about the same distance to downtown Portland.
Check this apartment for outstanding in every category! We look forward to staying again on our next visit to Portland."
