"My son got married in Welches so we decided to rent a house instead of staying in a hotel. We were absolutely very pleased with the house. It was very cleaned with all the amenities you would want. Very comfortable & we would definitely stay there again & refer Vicasa!!! 😀"

"We rented the condo plus studio over the Labor Day weekend and were more than satisfied with our stay. You'll find the condo perfect to relax with friends or family. The kitchen has everything you need and if not there's stores within a 5 minute drive of this great location. The best part is the owner, Patti adds value to your stay. She's accommodating, hospitable, knowledgeable of Newport, and professional."

"This is a lovely, well maintained property that has everything one might need and more! For us, the best part was parking our car and not driving it once in the entire week of our stay! The location was perfect. Easy access to the beach and the sand just off the deck provided plenty of play area for the youngest members of our group. The kitchen was well appointed and plenty of room for 2 and 3 chefs working together! The walk to downtown was easy and several days we walked down early for groceries and again later for treats!"

"The house fit our needs for a place to stay while fishing on the Columbia. While the VRBO ad states it is not handicap accessible, I don't believe it is descriptive enough for the number of stairs a visitor must climb. To get to the front door, there are over ten steps, and to get to the bedrooms, another ten or more narrow stairs with a steep pitch.
Refund of deposit was timely."
