"As a family with three children ages 2, 5 and 9 on a limited last-minute beach getaway budget, this was an incredible find! Comfortable, clean, high-end condo with a peek-a-boo view of the ocean, close enough to get the calm ocean sound and fresh ocean breeze through the open windows and only 1 block and a few dozen stair steps down to a sandy beach. Family-friendly yet delicious restaurants (Chowder Bowl for the win) are practically next door. The beach toys and board games made the kids feel welcome. We couldn't have asked for a better place! This will be our first choice the next time we come to Newport."

"We just recently stayed in this beautiful home. Did not want to leave. The home is well-kept, clean (and I am a clean freak), and very comfortable. We had chocolates and a bottle of wine on the counter when we arrived! WOW!
The view from the house and the back deck was amazing. A little chilly in the evening, so take some blankets if you want to sit outside and watch the sunset. The weather in July was a bit windy, but very comfortable. We had one amazing warm day with no wind (got a bit of a sunburn on the beach).
The stairs down to the beach were super easy (just 2 flights). Looked brand new. There was even a bench in the middle of the landings for those who may need to stop and rest.
The beach was not crowded at all. There is a public access very close, but there was not a lot of people on the beach. You could look down the beach at any given time and see less than 5 families spread out. That was very nice.
We brought our dog. She gave the house and beach a definite 5 paws. Loved every second of it. We left behind a doggy float toy to throw in the waves for any future pet pals.
Michelle was wonderful! She was on the spot with anything I asked her. Super friendly. We appreciated working with her.
For any future travelers:
The grocery store in Waldport has an awesome bakery/deli. We bought the best seafood salad and marionberry filled turnovers. They were so good, we bought some on our way home.
Great place to visit would be Newports Historic Bayfront. After you cross over the bridge, watch for signs on the right side of the road. Drive down the the Bayfront and park (you will have to luck into a spot for sure). There are lots of neat little souvenir, candy and even pet shops. Sea Lions hang out down there, so be prepared for a photo-op. You can also buy fresh seafood right off the boat! Don't forget to eat at Mo's. There is a bit of a wait, but good food. There are 2 Mo's. The Annex is right on the water and does not serve any type of deep fried food and the one across the street is not on the water, but serves deep fried food. You can also get your clam chowder to go and sit on the great benches on the pier. There are water dishes for dogs all over the place.
I hesitate to recommend this house only because I am worried that I will not be able to book it again when I want too! We will definitely be back!
Thank you Michelle!"

"My girlfriends and I did a 5k race in Dayton and stayed in this lovely home roughly 20 minutes from the winery where the race was held. It was such a roomy place to come back to after the race and after party. It was very clean and well-maintained and had a nice back deck where we enjoyed mimosas and snacks in the morning. There was plenty of room for everyone to sleep comfortably. I would definitely stay here again."

"This is an especially nice house that is in a prime location. Four modern TVs, a library of DVD movies, Wi-Fi, clean and well maintained. The ocean view is the best on the central coast, and it is just a few steps away from the beach. The house is spacious and attractive. Best of all, the owner responds quickly to telephone or e-mail questions and is a friendly, pleasant person to deal with. I can't think of any way the house could be nicer. All the glowing reviews are true."
