In the evenings we enjoyed the pool table, nice lawn for yard games, and the fire pit. "What a wonderful stay. Comfortable, Clean, Well Appointed, Relaxing, Worry Free Living while vacationing. Easy to check in and easy to check out. Good location for wherever your travels take you. Guest book and brochure basket are very helpful for recommendations. We travelled with two adults and one child which worked well for this property. We would definitely recommend a stay at this property and will return if visiting the area again."Guest: ajmountjoy Date of Stay: July 2014 Review Submitted: August 4, 2014View listing
"Our family and friends found My Otter Place to be a very lovely, quiet and peaceful place to relax and unwind. Although the weather did not cooperate for a few days, we were able to still feel like we were outdoors by dining on the screened in patio, which was very comfortable. The owner is extremely courteous and helpful with any questions and responded to anything we needed to know very promptly. Highly recommend for lovers of the peace and quiet of the outdoors and/or boaters who want to spend time on Lake Raystown."Guest: Jill S. "The property was better than the pictures.Everything was clean and ready when we arrived. We really enjoyed the fire ring, beds were comfortable and kitchen was well supplied. We enjoyed cooking meals and having meal together in house. We didn't use the basement but it was nicely decorated and had a large TV with lots of seating. We tended to hang on the first floor, enjoyed the covered porch rockers and the large fire ring. Would recommend bringing two child gates if you bring little guys here. Not easily accessible since there are steps into house but once in full bath & two bedrooms are on first floor with kitchen & living room. Really enjoyed our stay and will definitely consider this property again for our family."Guest: Pat K. Date of Stay: May 2014 Review Submitted: May 30, 2014View listing
