"We had a wonderful time at this beautiful, well-appointed cabin. The weather was very nice for our entire stay. There was a little frost and fog Monday morning, but all things considered it was really warm for November. The cabin was very clean and comfortable and the setting was great and we got to meet two of the three possible dog visitors."

"My husband and I had a wonderful stay at the Mountain Rendezous. It was very clean, and comfortable. Views are great, and the evening stars are beautiful. Her home offered all the things that you need to run away for a nice getaway. The drive up to the house is a bit steep and dark at night. So, make sure you get there in the day the first time you visit. Once you know how to get to the house, its fine. Will go back again for sure. There is a lot to do around the area, which makes staying at this home great too!!"

"This home is beautiful, comfortable, and has everything you could wish for. We had several questions during our stay and Faith and Tony were quick to respond and apologized for any inconveniences. Tony even made a special trip to the house to light the pilot for the fireplace. We brought our two dogs and felt very comfortable having them there. There were framed photos of Babette and other dogs throughout the home - so we could see their dogs are truly part of the family! The Raystown Lake area is beautiful. We rented a pontoon boat and spent a day on the lake with the dogs - what a perfect day! Our only disappointment was that we were not able to use the kayaks (available at the house) because of the distance we would have to carry them from the car to the lake. I had inquired ahead of time and Faith did tell me that we could drive "most" of the way to the lake. I was hoping we could get closer since I am not physically able to carry large items. But the description of the house does mention having to walk to the lake so this was my own wishful thinking! And when I told Faith that we would not be able to use the kayaks after all, she agreed to refund the payment for the rentals. Very nice! The fenced yard was very convenient with the dogs. We could sit on the back deck and let them wander around the yard. The dogs also loved the huge open field behind the house. We had great games of fetch there! We all had a great time."

"My family of 5 just returned from staying at this charming farmhouse for 4 nights. It is stocked with everything you need--and then some! It is great having room enough for all of us to spread out, unlike in a hotel room. It is close enough to area attractions, but then you can come back to the house and relax after being out for the day. We enjoyed sitting around the campfire at night. The sun room was very spacious and offers a wonderful view of the feeding area for the wildlife. Harold was very helpful in answering our questions about things to do in the area and is a very nice gentleman."
