Recent Raystown Lake property reviews

  • Great retreat

"My family of 8 had a fabulous long weekend at the Ridge Retreat. The rooms were very comfortable and the house had a fabulous view of the sunset over the mountains. The kitchen was well stocked and there were more than enough dishes and cups for everyone. I would return to the Ridge Retreat if the opportunity arose."

  • Fabulous Getaway!

"This is a wonderful place for a large group! The furnishings make you feel right at home and it is so clean you can unpack and relax immediately! I went with my family to celebrate Easter and it was the perfect week-end. We are planning to make it an annual or even semi-annual event! It is very secluded and quiet; a great place to chill and unwind!"

  • bike vacation

"The location of the house was exceptional. The photos do not do the house justice. It is absolutely beautiful! Everything was clean and well maintained. I would recommend this to anyone who wants a peaceful, relaxing getaway. Nearby Huntingdon offers Boxer's and Mimi's, both have great food and drinks! The nearby mountain bike trails were beautifully maintained and such a good ride! Easy trip to State College, where there are many restaurants. The view from the back deck was so picture perfect. Our stay was before Memorial Day, so a lot of things were not open yet, but we still found things to do. We can't wait to book it again for next year!"
