  • COZY & CLEAN COTTAGE

"This cottage is perfect if you're going to Hershey but also want to be relax a bit away from the crowds. If you go to local restaurants by the cottage, there is no wait, unlike Hershey, and they are very good. It is a short ride to Hershey. The cottage is very clean and cozy - it was perfect for our family of 4. Love the porch swing in the mornings and evenings. The owners are very available. We locked the keys in cottage (should have grabbed the extra key), and Melissa was there within minutes to open the door. If you want a pool, you can use the Hershey or Palmyra public pools for a small fee for the day. This cottage is very convenient and comfortable. Great alternative to a hotel room!!!"

  • Peaceful Relaxation

"If you want a peaceful getaway, this is the place. While we were staying here, a fisherman asked us if he could fish from our dock, and told us we were living in paradise. If you like quiet country living, this is the place. The rear of the cottage is situated on the bank of the Yellow Breeches Creek and the front looks out upon a green meadow and a quiet country lane. The setting is totally peaceful. You can have your morning coffee on the little dock, sitting in the backyard swing or lounging on the deck--take your pick. The kitchen and living room are comfortable and bright, there's a nice flat screen TV, and even a pool table. The master bedroom and bath are of a good size. The other bedrooms are small but comfortable. We would stay here again. Not fancy, but very comfy."

  • So Serene and Peaceful!

"My husband and I had such a wonderful time here. We needed some time away just to relax and recharge from all the duties of home repair, taking care of an elderly and disabled parent, and everyday life. We enjoyed just sitting out on the patio overlooking the farmland and country road and spent hours out there listening to the birds, having our meals, watching the fire, and just enjoying the quietness. The cottage was quaint and well decorated. We enjoyed the hot tub a few times (although I would have like it a bit hotter). Having everything there to cook meals and eat was very nice and allowed us to not have to go out. Thank you for allowing us to stay."
