  • Peaceful, warm and cosy

"This is a gem of a house, with every kitchen convenience and utensil one could want. Shops, restaurants and nature parks are so close, but you'd never know it from its private wooded surroundings. The kids loved the upstairs bedroom floor and the separate game building with Foosball. I loved the woodsy ambience of the working fireplace (firewood supplied), large dining table and the view of a farming valley. The owner was SO friendly and helpful. I think he may be Will Rogers reincarnated!"

  • Exactly as described, perfect getaway

"My girlfriend and I came here to get out of the city for some peace and quiet and were very comfortable. We cooked in the fully equipped kitchen without missing anything. The cottage is in a serene location and is exactly as described and photographed. I would recommend this home for couples, families, or anyone looking for a quiet retreat in a tranquil setting."

  • Great Stay

"This place was amazing. The six of us had a great time on our ski weekend getaway. It was very close to the slopes. We decided to drive but could have walked very easily. The house was well equipped with everything from utensils, pots and pans to a hair dryer. We even spotted a deer from the deck! It snowed quite a bit when we were staying and someone came by to shovel the driveway so we could get out of the parking spaces easily. A very pleasant experience, all in all."

  • Very charming!

"This cottage was very nice, very clean, had a well-stocked kitchen to cook meals! It was in a very quiet part of town and we spent a lot of time chatting on the large porch. Keep in mind- There are many stairs to access the door of the cottage. Also- to access the 1/2 bath you need to exit the cottage, with the key, via the stairs and go into a room under the cottage. We would stay again. Mt Gretna is like a step back in time. We could walk to breakfast at Le Sorelle and walk to dinner at The Hideaway. We had a nice, relaxing couple of days."
