  • Tears of Joy

"When we walked in the Front Door my Wife teared up, do I need to say more. This little Cabin has the feel of being 1,000 miles away from anything, but in reality it is not really that far from most anything in the area. This Cabin does not have some things that most have, such as a Oven and the Fridge is small, but knowing this upfront you can prepare. The Hot Tub was great after a long day out touring the area. Lisa was great at taking care of any questions we had when we set up the reservation. You will not see Lisa or Merv unless you go see them and their Home is just a short walk up the lane from the Cabin. We only spoke to Merv the night before we left when we went up to let them know how much we loved our Stay. If we ever make it back to this area there is no where else I would want to be."

  • COZY & CLEAN COTTAGE

"This cottage is perfect if you're going to Hershey but also want to be relax a bit away from the crowds. If you go to local restaurants by the cottage, there is no wait, unlike Hershey, and they are very good. It is a short ride to Hershey. The cottage is very clean and cozy - it was perfect for our family of 4. Love the porch swing in the mornings and evenings. The owners are very available. We locked the keys in cottage (should have grabbed the extra key), and Melissa was there within minutes to open the door. If you want a pool, you can use the Hershey or Palmyra public pools for a small fee for the day. This cottage is very convenient and comfortable. Great alternative to a hotel room!!!"

  • Great weekend!

"This was our second stay at the A Frame and it was better than the first. The house had a few new updates (in kitchen and bathrooms) which were nice. The owner has always been a pleasure to work with. The location is peaceful with the creek adding a nice backdrop. The use of the firewood and fire rings were an added bonus. Looking forward to our next stay!"

  • Cozy and cute

"Lovely place for a small family reunion. House was clean and inviting, grounds were beautiful. Prettiest house on block. Loved the kitchen. Plenty of space. Beware tall people as there are low doorways. Also beware older folks with knee replacements-- there were steep stairs to house with no guard rail. Lucky for Mom there were plenty of us to help her up, but she did not venture out until time to leave for fear of falling. Again, not an issue unless you need accommodations. We simply forgot to check before making reservation."
