  • Great spot, perfect for families, fireplace wonderful

"We were really pleased with our stay here, with the condo being just as described and the owners very responsive and helpful. We had two families with kids and two grandparents. Bunk room and toys are perfect for the kids. Futon was pretty lumpy for one of the parents to sleep on, however, and we couldn't find enough big pots for making spaghetti for our whole crew at once. (Those are the main reasons I'm giving this 4 stars and not 5.) But overall it was a great spot for cozy gatherings by the fire and nice & close to the slopes. We truly enjoyed ourselves!"

  • Great Place for Getaway!

"We had a bachelor party for my friend and we were all pretty impressed with the house. The game room was pretty cool and even had Ms. Pacman and I think Donkey Kong (I didn't play the latter). The upstairs living area was perfect for all of us to gather and was very spacious (we had 6 people). There is a fire pit outside that we used, but it was too cold outside (mid-November) for us to really enjoy the outdoors, so I can't comment too much on that part. The best part was the proximity to several bars and restaurants. We were able to walk home from them at night, maybe 10-15 minute walk, so that was especially good since none of us had to drive. Overall great place!"

  • Hidden gem reminenscent of yesteryear

"If I could give this place ten stars I would!! My husband, dog Memphis and I have visited AuBern House for the past two years and will be going yet again this year. From the moment you walk through the door you will feel right at home. There is something special about AuBern House. There's a comforting feeling - like you are at Grandma's house - that is felt the moment you arrive. You'll know what I mean as soon you visit your first time. The house has everything you need, is very clean and the owner (Rick) and house attendant (Jean) are absolutely wonderful to work with. They make the process so easy that is hard not to return every year. The view in and of itself is worth the trip - simply breathtaking. My husband is not one to relax very easily, but he leaves AuBern House refreshed and recharged every year. We cannot wait to return again this fall!"
