"Took an end of summer getaway with my 3 kids. boys had a blast at all of the local attractions which are just down the road. House was fantastic for us: from the bedroom set up to the family friendly DVDs and games in the unit. Owner was great to work with. We will be back!"

"Place was nice & cozy. Does sleep 8 "comfortably". I put the quotation marks in because I think it might be time to upgrade some of the beds at least. A few of them had dips in them which was not the most comfortable. Wood burning fire place is def. a plus as when we were there it dropped to -8 degrees. Very close to the mountain. All in all, I would recommend. Thanks!"

"This house can comfortably house 9 people. Without a doubt, it can house more. This was my first time booking a rental home instead of a hotel and the experience I had in this house will definitely encourage me to continue doing so (probably even at this same house again). Not only was the house more affordable, but it was much nicer. Another benefit of renting a home like this is to address people in your group that snores. The main reason why we looked into a rental home instead of a hotel was because of my dad's terrible snoring. We were able to put him separately in his own room so as to not disturb the others. What I really liked about this house compared to others was the flat rate per night. There is no cleaning fee because you're expected to clean up after yourself, which really wasn't a big deal. In fact, on our last day, we woke up early to put the sheets into the washer and dryer and had time to relax and enjoy the house. The packet that the home owners sent us was clear and informative. We knew exactly what to do. Although we didn't have time to utilize them during our short 2 night stay, the pool and the gym in the community was very clean and accessible. The house itself was very close to the entrance/gate. Although we used our own, the house has a decent supply of towels. The master bedroom has a sleep number bed, which was pretty awesome (despite not having personally slept on it). The bunk beds seemed small in the picture, but they were comfortable enough to sleep four individuals in their 20s. The house is definitely cozy and comfortable, which are words that are not often used to describe a hotel room. The deck/balcony was really nice. There is a shaded table and several chairs outside, which is perfect for some quiet time to relax and stare into the trees. The bathrooms were well supplied with hand soap and toilet paper. I would recommend bringing your own extra toilet paper just in case. The house also has a decent amount of detergent (but again we brought our own just in case) for the washer. The weather was so nice at night that we didn't need to even turn on the air conditioner at all. We just left the windows open a little bit and it was perfect. Although we never got to meet the Hellers in person, from my experiences emailing and texting them, they are good people that truly want you to have a great time at their house. You really can't beat the price with this amazing home and great location."
