  • Great weekend getaway

"I rented this house at the beginning of June with my boyfriend and another couple. Sam (the owner) was very easy to get in touch with and very knowledgeable about things to do in the area as well as directions. The house was very clean and we felt right at home. We explored the waterfalls in the area and took advantage of the pool in the community. We had a wonderful weekend and would definitely visit again."

  • Vacation

"My family and I have been renting this property since before my son was born (he is now 17) and we have never been disappointed. If you want to stay somewhere that reminds you of home with lots of pluses, this is the place for you. This property is beautifully kept, there are always new additions each year we go and we don't want to leave when our time is up! The owners are fabulous and have thought of everything that will make your vacation stay an awesome experience. And no I wasn't paid to write this review - just asked and could fill a book of all the pleasant memories that we have from our vacations here over the years. Don't believe me - check it out for yourself - you won't be sorry!!!!!!!!"

  • Amazing Cottage for an Amazing Weekend

"My seven friends and I absolutely loved staying at this cottage for a weekend getaway from New York City. The accommodations were spacious and clean. The kitchen was stocked with all the gadgets, utensils, dishes, and glassware we could possibly need, which was incredibly important because our group loves to grill/cook. The living room was great for relaxing while watching some TV, but we spent most of our time hanging out on the wraparound balcony enjoying the scenery and gorgeous weather. Four acres was more than enough land to make sure our stay was quiet, but the sound system, which worked with all of our iPhones and iPods, had indoor and outdoor speakers and ensured that when we wanted music, we had it. We stopped by the Indian Rocks community area to play some half court basketball and take a dip in the pool (which was very clean and was not incredibly busy). The house came stocked with board games for downtime. The WiFi worked flawlessly - which was important since many in our group are email and instagram fiends. Also, my boys and I became pretty competitive on the ping pong table in the basement (Forrest Gump competitive, at least in our minds). While it's best to bring all the groceries you need, there are a few convenience stores not too far off, and we found a great supermarket about 20 minutes away. It was 50-55 degrees at night, which was somewhat cool for a summer night, but the chiminea kept my group toasty while we enjoyed some drinks in the outdoors. On our way home, we stopped by The Crossings Outlet in Stroudsburg (about 25-30 min away). I can't wait to go back to this cottage!"

  • Nice Home, but lacking supplies

"The home itself was relatively spacious with a nice game room in the back with a pool table and a foosball table. However, certain amenities were lacking such as an empty propane tank and no paper towels."
