  • Relaxation

"We had a lovely weekend which included, sitting in front of the fire, making delicious food, watching movies, building a puzzle while drinking a glass of wine and taking walks through the snow! We could not have asked for a more relaxing and reenergizing way to celebrate our engagement."

  • Old Friends Weekend

"We have rented this house for 2 years in a row now. A group of old friends decided we wanted a place to get together each year for a long weekend. We did not want to have to go out to get everything and that is one of the reasons we chose this house because it had a canoe and paddle boat and we were able to bring kayaks also. The house is very rustic looking and had a great view of the lake and we were not near a lot of other houses. We were able to have a nice camp fire at night and the house had everything we needed right there. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks Michael"

  • family ski vacation

"This is our third time in Masthope and so far, this is the best house we have ever rented in this community. The house is super clean, very well maintained and super warm. We have 3 small kids and they have lots of room to play and have fun. Beverly is so nice, and super easy to work with. We are hoping to come back summer time. Thank you, Beverly, for letting us stay in your great home."

  • Superb cabin and location

"We stayed over labor day weekend and unanimously loved it. The cabin is large and has plenty of amenities for those who just want to hang out in the cabin as we did most of the time. We also took advantage of the nearby trails and did some hiking. There are a few restaurants near by if you don't feel like cooking and a grocery store not too far away."

Gouldsboro Travel Tips

Gouldsboro Cabins Complete the Picture

There's a picture in your head and it's been there for some time: clean air, few people and an easy, quick drive down the road to something fun. You're tired of the usual honking horns and impatient drivers between you and the next half mile of stoplights. Yeah, you're picturing Gouldsboro house rentals all right. Nestled in the hills far from the incessant go-go-go mentality that drives impatient people to use their horns, you'll find yourself surprised if anyone blares their horn in the Poconos.

The Hurry is for Something Else

In contrast to the usual reasons folks hurry around in an agitated state in the city – primarily work related – you'll find it's an altogether different thing people hurry for when you stay at one of the Gouldsboro cabins. With more than five different lakes nearby, the only people in a hurry are those trying to get to their favorite fishing spots before anyone else. It's most likely a whole different way of life for you -- and now is your chance to make the most of it.

In the Heart of Nature

With the Gouldsboro State Park just down the road, the hikers in the family can stroll through the forest while the rest practice their water skiing skills. Because, at Poconos vacation rentals the outdoors isn't a long drive away -- it's right outside the doors of Gouldsboro cabins! So for whatever reason you left the city behind, whether to enjoy some clean air or go fishing and playing in Lake Watawga, Gouldsboro house rentals situate you and your family in the heart of a different type of action than you're used to. Life in the Poconos is slower than in the city, but it nurtures and accommodates those who have sought out a magical place to unwind.
