"My family and I just came back from a lovely week at the Lorenzo's home. From the moment we arrived we felt at home. The place was exactly as advertised- GREAT views of the lake. It's true the hike to the lake is short but steep but it wasn't a problem for us. We loved sitting on the deck every morning with a cup of coffee and every evening with a glass of wine just watching the boats. Great fire pit for s'mores and the kitchen was really nicely done with everything we could have needed. We took advantage of a lot the area had to offer- rented a pontoon boat, went to Claws n Paws animal park and Costas, with our son, a few nice dinners in both Hawley and Hamlin. It was exactly the getaway we were looking for and a fabulous first trip to Lake Wally!"

"We had a great time , the cabin and the lake were so beautiful. If you want a relaxing vacation, this is the way to go. The cabin has everything you need, just bring some food and you are set to go. The community and the ammenites are very family friendly, we will definitely be returning."

"This was our second year in this house and I forgot how cute it is until we arrived. It's the perfect size for the 8 of us who go - 4 couples, all friends. We live in NYC and it's so nice to get away from cell service, grill, make smores, hang out on a lake - all the things we can't do in NYC. It's about 2 - 2.5 hours away from the city, which makes it a much better trip than other options for mountains and lakes - upstate NY, Vermont are all too far.
We rented a boat and were out on the lake one day, hiked around the area the next. We bbq-ed dinner both nights and had the outside campfire going for smores. The house is adorable, cozy and yet spacious enough for 8-10 people. The house owner and manager are always extremely helpful and there to answer any questions or in case an issue comes up. I would highly recommend renting this Cottage as your get away!"

"Our family had a wonderful time at Aubern House. Everyone enjoyed swimming, kayaking and a day out in a motor boat. The house delivered as promised. Cosy and quaint, but with everything one needs in a home away from home. It is also in a wonderful community with low traffic roads for morning walks and runs. We hope to return next Summer."
