"My family and I truly enjoyed a beautiful fall weekend in the Poconos. This is the perfect house for any family looking to have a great getaway in the mountains. Beautiful location and scenery, home cozy and comfortable with all the amenities, superbly well-kept and clean. We were able to enjoy beautiful days and crisp cool evenings... and even a few snowflakes on Sunday morning. A huge plus that we were able to bring our two little dogs with us who were exhausted but exhilarated with our long walks and seeing deer and wild turkey. Michael was there to greet us and show us around the house. This is our second time renting this home and we definitely look forward to coming back again - it just keeps getting better !!!"

"We had a great stay in this slopeside townhouse. Check in was easy and the townhouse had everything we needed. There was a nice welcome note and a bottle of wine on the table to greet us! Our boys enjoyed having a tv in their room even though they fell asleep very quickly after skiing and swimming. The pool and sauna were great to be able to use. Since it was a holiday weekend the mountain was very crowded but being able to walk to the slope was perfect. We had our two younger boys with us and they were not comfortable beginning on slopeside/middle of the mountain. Since it was a holiday weekend and parking was crazy my husband would drop off the boys and I at the base, go back to the village (2 minutes away) and park at the townhouse. He and our older son would ski down and meet up with us. At lunch he would take the lift back up and it would drop him off directly across from where the town house is. Sometimes he would take a different lift to the very top and ski 1/2 way down, hop in the car and pick us up. It was great to be able to go back for lunch, hang out, & warm up in our own space instead of on the slope and spending $$ for lunch & dinner. It was also nice to have a washer and dryer. I would dry the kids gloves and snow pants before going back out again. Barley Creek Brewing Company is right down the road. Good wings and beer! Other restaurants and grocery store are within 10 minutes. Only two minor complaints....the tv in the loft was not hooked up and we couldn't figure it out. The other is that the pots & pans in the kitchen could be updated. We had a great time & look forward to going back next year!
Thank you Lorraine for an easy getaway!"

"My family including 5 adults, 1 teen, and 2 young children had a great experience at Claudia's townhouse and skiing at Camelback. The fireplace each night was SO cozy and we loved the air hockey. Camelback had the very best skiing and snow boarding, and the twinkling lights on the mountain at night were beautiful. The "rules" of the complex seemed foreboding, but in the end were just common sense."
