"Two families with four adults and six kids ages 7 through 18 enjoyed a comfortable relaxing stay in this beautiful home. Upon entering this house we felt as though we stepped into a model home or a magazine spread. It was absolutely immaculate and every last detail was well thought out. The kitchen and eating area are enormous and we spent almost every night cooking and eating together. The seating in the living room allowed all 10 of us to play charades and watch movies. However when everyone needed their space there was plenty of room to find some quiet time. The pool and lake were great. We were also situated 5 minutes from Split Rock, 1 hour and 15 minutes from Knoebels and 25 minutes from Camel Beach. Everything from the linens that are provided to the high quality cookware is meant to make you feel right at home. No one wanted to leave and we hope to return for another trip."

"This house is awesome! It has comfy furniture not your average rental furniture. It had more then ample hot water supply for four women's showers. The view of the lake is beautiful, we were fortunate enough to be there for the fall foliage. We had a fire on the private beach and while we were setting there three deer came up about twenty feet away to take a drink from the lake! There were plenty of activities to fill our long weekend. It was peaceful setting on the deck after a full day. . The shops in town are very affordable, a lovely town to stroll through. The residents were so friendly. Penns Peak Resteraunt had delicious home made potato chips. My only complaint would be that we had to leave to go back to the real world."

"We were doing the Big Day Out in Jim Thorpe and stayed here for two nights. It was very clean, spacious and fit the 7 of us very well. We didn't use the pool or lake but we did drive by and they looked nice. Please note you have to bring your own chairs to sit at the pool.
The only inconvenience was the trash removal. You have to drive your trash to the "dump" and if your parking pass does not match your license plate, you can't leave the trash. Something that would have been good to know before hand.
Also, we cooked in one night. You might want to bring a few of your own pots and pans. They have 2 big pots and a couple of small ones.
Other than that, very clean and nice. Loved sitting outside on the porch! Would definitely stay again."
