  • Amazing Cottage for an Amazing Weekend

"My seven friends and I absolutely loved staying at this cottage for a weekend getaway from New York City. The accommodations were spacious and clean. The kitchen was stocked with all the gadgets, utensils, dishes, and glassware we could possibly need, which was incredibly important because our group loves to grill/cook. The living room was great for relaxing while watching some TV, but we spent most of our time hanging out on the wraparound balcony enjoying the scenery and gorgeous weather. Four acres was more than enough land to make sure our stay was quiet, but the sound system, which worked with all of our iPhones and iPods, had indoor and outdoor speakers and ensured that when we wanted music, we had it. We stopped by the Indian Rocks community area to play some half court basketball and take a dip in the pool (which was very clean and was not incredibly busy). The house came stocked with board games for downtime. The WiFi worked flawlessly - which was important since many in our group are email and instagram fiends. Also, my boys and I became pretty competitive on the ping pong table in the basement (Forrest Gump competitive, at least in our minds). While it's best to bring all the groceries you need, there are a few convenience stores not too far off, and we found a great supermarket about 20 minutes away. It was 50-55 degrees at night, which was somewhat cool for a summer night, but the chiminea kept my group toasty while we enjoyed some drinks in the outdoors. On our way home, we stopped by The Crossings Outlet in Stroudsburg (about 25-30 min away). I can't wait to go back to this cottage!"

  • Great Stay

"Great house, very close to all activities, very clean and organized. Spoke with Tony he gave us much info about the house before we signed up. We will be back."

  • Perfect for our family reunion!

"We picked the Lorenzo's place primarily because it was within walking distance of other family members. We were delighted that it exceeded our expectations. The views of the lake are beautiful (in autumn with many leaves already gone so views in summer might be different). The house was immaculate and very well stocked for cooking and entertaining. Check-in and out was easy and, although our hosts weren't there in person, we felt welcome. The outdoor living areas are beautiful; unfortunately, it was a little chilly and drizzly so we didn't take advantage of them. Our family liked that there wasn't cable for TV (although there is a TV/DVR setup in one of the bedrooms) and we appreciated the sound system so we could plug in our devices for music."

  • AMAZING HOUSE AND OWNERS!!

"My family and I did a rental for July 4th weekend and the owners were helpful, VERY nice and accommodating. The house is large, clean, modern, but yet rustic and really comfortable. The deck is amazing and large with a new grill, fire pit and heater. Was perfect for two 3 year olds. We will rent this house again!!!"

Stroudsburg Travel Tips

Enjoy a Getaway in one of the Stroudsburg Cabins

If you're hoping to get away to Stroudsburg cabins, then you'll appreciate all the amenities your cabin has to offer. Whether it's a fireplace for those cozy evenings, a fully equipped kitchen for creating nice family dinners, or a hot tub for romantic nights, it's all a step above what you'd find in a confined hotel room. Choose among Stroudsburg house rentals a place that truly can be your vacation home, not just a place to stay for a few nights. Another advantage of Poconos vacation rentals is location. These properties make it easy to take in the beauty of nature. You can enjoy hiking, fishing, and wildlife watching from many Stroudsburg house rentals.

Area Activities in the Poconos

For the outdoor enthusiast, renting a cabin in the Poconos lets you enjoy a day of skiing at Shawnee or Camelback. Taking the kids to the nearby indoor water park, theme park, or animal park is also an option. For the adults, you can check out Mount Airy Casino or spend the day at Deerfield Spa. If shopping is your passion, then spend the day at Crossings Factory Outlet. After a long day of excitement, then you can head on over to Gracie's Place for some great food and live jazz, blues, and comedy entertainment.

The History and Culture

Although history and culture surround you while staying in Stroudsburg cabins, you may want to venture out to experience more of what the Poconos has to offer. You can take a ride on one of the first steam trains ever to ride the rails or view the Driebe Freight Station and Art Gallery. Other great tours for culture lovers include taking a stroll back in time at Quiet Valley, a living historical farm.
