  • Beautiful home

"My husband and I stayed here for a week in Oct. 2014. The Fall leaves were beautiful and the home was so much more than we imagined. The owner has decorated this home so beautifully. It is comfortable and so organized down to labeling each and every light switch! The kitchen is stocked with everything needed and more. The beds are comfortable. We had a fire in the fireplace almost every night. We rode bikes along the tow path and explored the lovely little towns nearby. Our friends visited us from NJ and they want to come back when we visit again next year - and stay longer! So happy to have found this gem in beautiful Bucks County!"

  • Delightful Cottage Escape

"We spent a week at this delightful cozy cottage and even after a week's stay we really didn't want to leave. It was a heavenly get away for R&R but also close enough to great entertainment and wonderful restaurants. We enjoyed each morning having our coffee with the deer and beautiful surroundings. Emily and Alfred were delightful hosts and made our stay so enjoyable. Everything was from the welcome to the furnishing were of the utmost quality. We rated our stay as first class. Hope to return next year. Highly recommended to all."

  • Great Place in the Middle of Everything

"I was traveling with my dog and stayed at this very old farmhouse for a week. All my family and friends came to visit. Great fenced in yard for dogs to run. Kitchen has modern appliances. Being next to the winery was so convenient for stocking up on wine and cheese, etc. The house has to date back to the 1700's with an add on that must have been made in the 1800's - very charming and everyone loved the place. The only problem was the noise from the traffic on Rt. 202. I live on an island and it is very quiet by comparison. But there is ample parking for guests - unlike New Hope proper where parking is at a premium. I would come back again. The hostess runs the winery next door. Everyone was so delightful. My poodle was a regular at the shop. If I came back I would time it to attend one of the concerts at the winery event venue and maybe the Bucks County Playhouse."

  • Fun Fall weekend

"We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend stay in New Hope. The apartment was exactly as advertised. Comfortable, quiet and cozy. The location was great. No need for the car at all. We loved all the eclectic shops and the choices for good food are numerous. We especially liked Taco Loco, Blue Moose Cafe and Nina's Waffles-all within minutes walk. Would definitely stay again. In fact we plan on it."
