"I don't know which was nicer, the property or the hospitality of Sandra and her associates. This is a magnificent 1800s house on the grounds of a winery about two miles from New Hope. While it's historic the facilities are all modern. Meanwhile the friendliness of our hosts was old fashioned warmth. I can't recommend this highly enough for several couples. It was perfect."

"This Estate was perfect and exceeded every expectation we had. Spent a girls weekend at this beautiful home with 15 woman which accommodated all of us. We did not want to leave as we felt this home met all our needs. A movie room, a pool table, the most comfortable couch, a kitchen to die for and beautiful bedrooms. Rich was also a pleasure to work with as he was very easy to get in contact with and friendly. We all can't wait to come back next year."

"A friend and I headed up north from Virginia Beach to attend a friend's wedding. Considering the cost of the hotels/B&B's/Inns in the area, this garden apartment was our best financial option. We were not disappointed with this property! It was very nice inside and had all the amenities we needed. It was convenient, as we walked everywhere exploring New Hope before the wedding. The owners left a great guide full of places to visit and eat. My only wish is that we could have spent more time in New Hope!"

"We stayed in New Hope with my brother's family. Diana's place worked out great; we put the kids in the basement bedrooms and the adults upstairs and the bed situation was perfect. It happened to be very cold that weekend but the house stayed warm and cozy and there was plenty of room, so staying indoors most of the time was not a problem. The house is located close to the main street in New Hope, less than a mile, a good supermarket is less than a mile away, and the kitchen is well equipped.
The house is loaded with antiques and some fragile items, and it's got those old fashioned steep staircases, so you have to be careful with little kids. Our 5 year old was fine, but something to bear in mind.
We loved the house and hope to come back sometime when it's warmer and we can enjoy the scenery outdoors as well."
