Just Perfect! Photos do NOT do this house justice--much nicer & larger.
"We were surprised (judging by the photos on this site) how large the home was and it was IMMACULATE! Fabulous & cozy living room. Lots of space and cozy beds & couches/armchairs. Great wooded area--we saw deer and turkeys. Owners were a DREAM to work with and return our deposit money almost IMMEDIATELY (which was a nice surprise). We attended the Kutztown Folk Festival (awesome) and ate at the Washington House (after finding a brochure for it at the house)--what a fascinating historic building. Nockamixon Park--so close by and beautiful! What a great sunroom off the garage--would be perfect for a "teenagers hangout" if we had any teens with us. We would absolutely recommend this house!!"

"we came in town for the french creek iron tour bike ride which was only 5 mins away from the cottage. perfectly located. and allowed my husband to hang out with our lab while i rode. situated on a beautiful back road it was a perfectly quiet, quaint and peaceful place to relax both before and after the ride. we ate at the Black Lab in Phoenixville that night which was awesome by the way. we would certainly come back again and would love to see visit during the cooler fall when we can enjoy the surrounding area trails even more with our dog.
thank you for opening your lovely cottage to share"
