  • Secluded, beautiful setting

"Five of us stayed at the cabin for 6 days. The cabin was more than we expected. Although secluded in the woods, it had many of the conveniences of home. There was a dishwasher, as well as laundry and a drier. Since we engaged in many wet activities, the laundry facilities were very useful. Although it was a wet summer, the porches and the woods around the cabin had almost no mosquito problems. There is a flat screen TV with lots of channels, but why use it when there is so much natural beauty around. There is no air conditioning. Although we were at the cabin in August, we were quite comfortable. We brought extra fans but did not need them. The cabin has an outdoor fire pit as well as a grill. There is dry firewood under a tarp. There is poor cellphone reception, but the owners made the cabin telephone land line available. When we were not rafting or hiking, we made use of the kitchen to cook the tasty wild mushrooms that grow nearby in profusion. The cabin is affiliated with Beaver Creek Anglers and we had fun learning to do fly fishing. There were a lot of large trout in the nearby stream. We did not catch any, but we learned a lot from our fishing guide. (My home in Maryland is near a trout stream and I am going to practice my new fly fishing skills on the Gunpowder River.) The cabin overlooks a creek so you can have a nice view while you eat dinner. You do not see other people unless you drive into Ohiopyle. There are hiking trails right near the cabin, but the river and waterfalls of Ohiopyle Park are a short drive away."

  • Outstanding!!!

"I rented this town house as a gift for my boyfriend. we love skiing so I surprised him by getting a few friends together and taking a long weekend away. The place was awesome! Its comfortable and spacious.. It was updated and very clean! Even the beds were comfy! Best part is the shuttle bus! It practically picks you up at the front door and drops you right off at the ski lift! We never waited more than 10 mins for the bus to arrive! The skiing was awesome too! We will be returning next year for sure!"

  • Great family ski trip!

"This was our 2nd trip to Kim's townhouse at Seven Springs. The house is very clean, well equipped and friendly to use. It is very nice that each bedroom has either an en suite bathroom or one right next door. 3 Bedrooms and 3 bathrooms was very convenient. The futon on the loft also provided a great place for a couple of the kids to sleep when needed. We were very lucky to have 6-8" of new snow while we were there. This provided great sledding and skiing. Note there is a great sledding hill less than 25 paces from the house. It was also nice that the house has some sleds provided. It is reasonably easy to walk up to the top of the parking lot and ski right onto the slopes. When coming home you can ski right past the back deck and just walk around the building to the front door. Super convenient. Also, the shuttle stop is right in front of the front door. We barely used our car the entire time we were there. In short, we have nothing negative to say, it is a well run and well maintained property in a great location. It was perfect for our young families: younger kids ranging from 6 months to 7 years."

  • Gorgeous and Comfortable Condo

"Very nice, well-appointed unit. Owner was great to work with and accommodated our requests. Kitchen was easy to work in and much bigger than most condo kitchens. Owner returned security deposit very quickly. If we return to the area in the future, we would certainly rent this condo again."
