  • Excellent place to stay

"We have stayed in many places at 7s and none of them compared to how well kept and clean this place was! Its was the perfect size for my, my husband and our pup! Great access to the slopes and a quick walk down into the resort! I highly recommend this place!!!"

  • Location and Space Exceeded Expectations!

"Fantastic experience! Stayed with a group of 12 friends at this property for a weekend of skiing at 7 Springs and Laurel Highlands activities. We take this trip every year, but usually stay on the 7 springs resort. This year our group grew too large for an affordable condo on the mountain and we had to explore other options and luckily I stumbled upon this home. It was so convenient to find and to get to all of the attractions that we wanted (7 Springs, slopes, ski rental shops, tubing, Falling Water). The house was very well-maintained. The kitchen was large and allowed for easy cooking of multiple meals throughout the weekend. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and well kept. The large driveway and 2 stall garage provided ample space for all of our cars and equipment! Also, Mary was very friendly and helpful, she made the key pick up and check out process very simple and stress free. Hoping to make this property a yearly adventure for our large group of friends!"

  • Ligonier weekend

"A perfect weekend in Ligonier! The home on Main St. was just 2 blocks from the center of town and all sorts of lovely shops. The kitchen was fully stocked right down to a fresh package of excellent coffee and a rack full of spices. Bedrooms were spacious and comfy. Only one full bath but it was just fine for four of us. Our favorite spot was the wide front porch with lots of chair and a porch swing. Thanks so much for making our family get-together so much fun!"

  • Secluded, beautiful setting

"Five of us stayed at the cabin for 6 days. The cabin was more than we expected. Although secluded in the woods, it had many of the conveniences of home. There was a dishwasher, as well as laundry and a drier. Since we engaged in many wet activities, the laundry facilities were very useful. Although it was a wet summer, the porches and the woods around the cabin had almost no mosquito problems. There is a flat screen TV with lots of channels, but why use it when there is so much natural beauty around. There is no air conditioning. Although we were at the cabin in August, we were quite comfortable. We brought extra fans but did not need them. The cabin has an outdoor fire pit as well as a grill. There is dry firewood under a tarp. There is poor cellphone reception, but the owners made the cabin telephone land line available. When we were not rafting or hiking, we made use of the kitchen to cook the tasty wild mushrooms that grow nearby in profusion. The cabin is affiliated with Beaver Creek Anglers and we had fun learning to do fly fishing. There were a lot of large trout in the nearby stream. We did not catch any, but we learned a lot from our fishing guide. (My home in Maryland is near a trout stream and I am going to practice my new fly fishing skills on the Gunpowder River.) The cabin overlooks a creek so you can have a nice view while you eat dinner. You do not see other people unless you drive into Ohiopyle. There are hiking trails right near the cabin, but the river and waterfalls of Ohiopyle Park are a short drive away."
