"Recently returned from a 24 person men's retreat. Our second time here the accommodations at the Wild Asaph rentals are just as advertised. The place is extremely comfortable as well as inviting. We were able to Bike, hike, kayak, and rock climb within minutes of the cabin. Jane is a gracious host!
Thanks Jane for sharing your property and allowing us to experience God from a new prospective!"

"This was a great place to stay while visiting the many great parks in the area. The home is very comfortable and has everything you would need to have a great time. Chris and Handyman Bob were very informative about the area providing tips of things to do, maps, and available to answer any questions we had. Cell service is limited and you do need a 4wd car to get up the driveway in certain weather but it is worth it."

"Stayed for 3 nights with my sister and cousin--'girls weekend', didn't want to leave! Immaculate, cheerfully decorated, cozy cottage with loads of rustic charm. Smallish cottage but MUCH better than a hotel or a B&B--- privacy, 2 bedrooms plus a loft area, lovely yard, fire pit, porches, covered picnic table, full-equipped kitchen to prepare our own meals, no pressure to get to breakfast at a pre-determined time, no fuss to 'dress' for dinner. Casual and relaxed vacation. Hiked at nearby Leonard Harrison State Park-- Turkey Path was tough climb back up!, enjoyed the breathtaking vistas at Colton Point Park, and kayaked at gorgeous, quiet Hills Creek Lake Park. AC units in both bedrooms kept us comfortable on the warm and humid summer nights. Great amenities= cable TV, good WIFI and cell service, plenty of clean towels and soft linens, and any kitchen tool, pot, pan, baking dish or appliance you could possibly need. Some noise from traffic on Route 6 but not a big deal to us. Location was PERFECT-- short drive to historic Wellsboro and only 5-10 minute drives to hiking at the 2 parks and about 20 minutes to Hills Creek Lake Park through rolling farmland. We would love to come back again and would certainly recommend this property to friends."

"My family stayed here for a long weekend and had a great time! The home is well kept, stocked, and in a wonderful location. We loved being able to walk to the creek to do some fishing, wildlife watching (eagles, mergansers, beavers, and a variety of ducks), as well as just listening to the water. The amenities are great with Wi-Fi, satellite TV (it rained 1 day so it was a nice distraction for our 3 year old), and a variety of appliances for cooking. I've been staying in this area for over 20 years, and this is one of the nicest homes I've rented. For being pet friendly, it didn't smell like dogs or have hair everywhere. It is also one of the few places I've stayed that truly had the basic staples on hand (toilet paper, paper towels, linens, bath towels, etc...). It is less than 10 miles away in either direction from some great local restaurants, general stores, and of course fishing. The owners were extremely easy to work with, and really made sure their home was in great shape. We absolutely loved our stay and will return!"
