  • Cozy home with lovely views

"Eight family members stayed for 3 nights for nearby wedding. This is truly a cozy gem. The home is spacious, more so than the pictures reveal. The beds have very comfortable mattresses and bedding in every room, every bed. Not fancy but very soft sheets, wonderful pillows. Lots of extra towels, bedding, and typical household supplies. Kitchen well stocked with all you need though we ate out and at the wedding festivities. Many delicious restaurants such as Quitos- fabulous lobster rolls and Agave for well prepared seafood dishes- all is very fresh. There is a seafood market very close to the house. Gorgeous views and property. Many beautiful homes and mansions surrounding the area. State park is beautiful. Great area for cycling, walking and all water sports. We did not want to leave after just 3 days. Could have easily stayed a week. The owners are communicative and easy to work with- very helpful with all info supplied and brochures for exploring the area. The town of Bristol is a truly charming New England seaside village- we loved it!!!"

  • Comfortable and Nicely Decorated

"Ben’s house is comfortable and nicely decorated, and more than a good size for 2 adults and 4 teen girls. The girls had their own upstairs area with two bedrooms, affording the other bedroom with en suite bathroom adequate privacy without being too far away. It was the perfect setup. Plus, there is another bedroom downstairs that went unused. We cooked meals often at the house and the grocery stores are close and easy to get to. The kitchen is equipped with just about everything you need. Newport is close and we took a few trips in for shopping, sightseeing, dinner, and ice cream. The girls spent a shopping day in Providence as well while the grownups browsed the Brown University bookstore after eating lunch on Thayer Street. The sunrises and sunsets observed from the wall of windows on the top floor, or on the beach, were beautiful and worth setting your alarm for. We went at the end of August and it was the perfect end to the summer affording great summer memories."

  • Perfect for a Wedding night!

"My husband and I reserved the Harbor Loft for the night of our wedding, and it was the perfect respite to come back to, after an amazing wedding celebration, and for some R&R. We had it for the following night, as well, and were thrilled with the location, privacy, and space. It's simply appointed, but clean, large and with plenty of space for a couple. It would also be great to share with another couple or kids, as there is also a second full bedroom. [But we weren't in the mood for sharing the space that weekend! ;)] The downtown Bristol location was perfect, not *too* close to the loud bar scene (although with windows open, we could definitely hear the Saturday night scene - the only downside), but we could still walk to dinner, the harbor, & along Hope (aka "Main") Street. Thank you Bristol Guest Suites!!"
