  • Great location & plenty of room!

"A group of about 12 of us were running the Newport Full/Half Marathon/5k, and needed a place that was convenient to the start/finish line of the race. This house was perfect! Easy walking distance to Easton's beach (and this is where the start/finish line was), and plenty of room for our crowd! The 3 separate apartments gave us plenty of space and privacy. I would highly recommend this house if you have a large group!"

  • Great vacation with family and friends :)

"My family had a great experience in Narragensett stay at this wonderfuly located house. The neighborhood is very inviting and a great environment. The house was perfect for our family. It is nice how there is bedrooms located on the first floor and on the second floor, which allows for privacy or a seperation needed. The majority of the week their was 7 us there, but we had some friends visit and the house felt plenty spaciuos with even 10 of us there. The outdoor shower is amazing, especially after a day at the beach. The house is a bit outdated, but it was never anything that made the expereince unenjoyable. It fits the beach setting very well. It is a 5 minute walk to the Sand Hill Cove Beach/Roger Wheeler Beach. We never paid for parking since we had the luxury of dropping off all of our stuff and people right at the beach and then one person would drive the car back and walk 5 minutes to the beach. Great convenience!! The beach near the house is great for kids since it offers a calmer surf and a playground. The house is close to everything including restaurants, shops, Narragansett town center, etc. The hidden secret about this house is the 3 amazing decks. All of them have a unique feel with different views. We spend so much time having breakfast, lunch, dinner, coffee, reading, talking, and relaxing on the porches. Overall we had a great experience and will probabaly go back next year!"

  • Outstanding, fully equipped and reasonable apartment!

"We had a wedding in Newport and for the price of a weekend in those very pricy Newport hotels you could stay here for a week. Location, it just couldn’t be any better. You can walk to all the attractions in the historic district and many restaurants. This apartment is spacious, clean, quit and very comfortable. A fully stocked kitchen with a full size stove and refrigerator, dishwasher, even “spices” were included. The queen bed was very comfortable. Flat screen TV, DVR and a library of movies. The apartment also had excellent wifi. While parking can be a problem in Newport we had no trouble finding a spot on Dennison Street and the visitor parking sticker enabled us to park between 6pmand 6am when the street was restricted to residents. We brought our bicycles and Kristyn allowed us to keep them in the security of the hall leading to the apartment which is on the second floor. The pictures of the apartment are very accurate. Our hosts, Kristyn and Jamie, were welcoming and helpful. I honestly don’t believe you can find a more reasonable place to stay in this very expensive town. We thoroughly enjoyed our week here and would highly recommend this apartment!"
