  • A little piece of heaven

"My family and I spent a week in the top apartment. It was very clean and well maintained. The deck off the back is huge and very private . This was our 8th trip to RI and this place has been the best location. You can walk to the town beach in less than 5 minutes. The beaches are great and loved my time there. The location is perfect, very easy drive to Newport and other locations. There are many great places to eat and drink close by. I hope to go back in a couple years. Liza was great and very easy to communicate with. What a great host - genuinely happy we had a great time."

  • Memories of Mantunuck

"My family recently stayed at this cottage for a wedding in Newport. Prior to our arrival, Ellen was so accomodating and friendly - we were really happy with the cottage - it's cute and clean, the kitchen is fully stocked; there is a great deck with comfortable patio furniture and a wonderful grill - we ate every meal out there. You bring your own linens and towels; aside from that, there was nothing that we needed - there's a great TV, and a nice renovated bathroom shower. There are beaches all around you and within walking distance - and a couple of fun college type bars just a few steps down the street with live music. The whole area has a real 'beachy' feel to it. There are houses all around you, but it's very quiet and peaceful. A place where you can really kick back and relax. Also, it's close to the train station, which was good for us. A nice family place and very reasonable. Thanks again, Ellen!!!"

  • Primo location/ Impeccable home.

"The owners of this home are attentive and friendly. There were plenty of towels and linens and a very well stocked kitchen. The two full bathrooms were recently renovated and are gorgeous. The back yard and porch has ample room for family and friends to gather. The location is the best. Walking distance to beach, store and bars. The sunset is amazing. The neighbors seemed friendly and the area was upbeat, especially on the weekend. We will return!"

  • A perfect rental house for our family!

"This was our family's first time renting 8 Antique and we could not be more pleased with everything. The house was perfect and so comfortable for our children and eight grandchildren. With bedrooms and a bathroom on each floor we were well-spaced and the bedrooms are the biggest we've ever had in a rental. Having our linens and towels provided was a big help. And air conditioning, if needed, was great. The backyard is huge and we ate outside every night. Our beachgoers found it an easy walk to the beach, and our littlest ones loved going out the back of the property to Carpenter's Farm next door where they fed the little goats. The owners are so warm and friendly and available to answer questions. We were so happy with this rental and would certainly recommend it to others and in fact have booked already for next year!"
