"Nice clean house with well appointed kitchen. Easy walk to second beach which was great for the kids. Easy drive to Newport to shop and see the Mansions yet NOT in the middle of all the traffic and noise that comes with Newport. On a quite street. Great tree in the front yard that our boys loved climbing in. Gas grill for outdoor cooking was GREAT. Best grill I've ever used. Three bedrooms with three queen size beds which is good for three couples but a bit more tricky if you have three teenagers who all want their own beds. Owners were friendly and available if needed. Highly recommended for families."Guest: Swiss Family Robinson Date of Stay: August 2014 Review Submitted: August 18, 2014View listing

"I booked Three Beach Cottages for myself and my siblings and families when we were in town for my son's wedding. It was absolutely perfect. Every family had separate space and the upstairs apartment was large enough for all of us to gather for meals and to connect with each other. It is within walking distance to the beaches and some good restaurants. I would recommend this property for any large group who wants a comfortable setting that is in close proximity to many of the area attractions!"Guest: Holly M. "Clean and beautifully appointed cottage in a terrific location! Quick walk to First Beach - just down the block, really. Short drive to Bellevue Avenue Mansions, shops and restaurants. Marika was most accommodating with arrival and departure dates. Our family of five felt like we were in the home of a family friend. We had everything we needed both inside this adorable cottage and outside on the patio in the huge, private backyard. Many thanks for a memorable week."Guest: The DelBello family Date of Stay: August 2014 Review Submitted: August 23, 2014View listing
