"A lovely home in a lovely setting. Extremely spacious, with a great room, den, sun deck, two large outdoor decks, and beach. We were a party of eight; there was room for everyone to be together or apart as the fancy took us. The house is beautifully furnished and immaculately clean. The beds are very comfortable, the showers great, and everything is fully stocked. We appreciated the fully accessible suite on the first floor. The setting is beautiful and tranquil, but we also enjoyed active swimming, canoeing, and kayaking. The owner was very welcoming and helpful. We hope to return soon!"

"Our family enjoys a regular reunion each summer, and this property was perfect for us. With ages 1 yr old to almost 80, we were all very comfortable in the well organized rooms with ample furnishings. We cooked extensively, including an outdoor clambake (from clams we harvested locally) and the back yard was comfortable and very private. Kayak trips were a big plus, and crabbing off the dock for ample blue crabs. The Charlestown beach was new to us, but easy to access and great for a big group beach outing. We enjoyed the other private beach access as well for end of day walks and quiet reflection. Kassie & Robert were easy to work with, provided very helpful recommendations and were friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend this unique property, we had a memorable reunion."

"The house was AMAZING, and much bigger than we anticipated, the pictures do it no justice. All 3 bedrooms comfortably accommodated the 6 of us with room to spare. We loved having a full kitchen and outdoor grill as we enjoy preparing most of our own meals. The week was warmer than we thought it would be for mid-September in RI, we had the entire Salty Brine Beach to ourselves! We also enjoyed the many walks from the house to town to watch the boats come in/out of the harbor and spent a few afternoons at Champlins overindulging in the freshest seafood we have EVER had. Oh and how can I forget the sunsets from the top deck of the house...they are spectacular, especially while eating a lobster dinner fresh off the boat that morning! We made use of each and every minute spent at your home and around Point Judith. The family memories we shared are priceless. We look forward to our next visit and stay at your home !"

"This was our first visit to Bristol. Both the town and the apartment exceeded our expectations. Ed greeted us upon arrival and shared helpful information about the area. Rachel arrived in time to see us off just before our departure. In between, we truly felt at home in their charming apartment, which is immaculately kept both inside and out. The location was perfect for exploring the waterfront, shops, restaurants, and historic sites. We made sure to allow time for relaxing in the beautiful yard and gardens. We look forward to another stay in The Gardener's Apartment."
