  • AWESOME WATERFRONT COTTAGE

"What a wonderful summer vacation spot. We had so much fun. Kayaking right from the dock was great. Biking to the beach is the way to go and biking around the island was fun. Such a GREAT ISLAND. The view from the dock is fabulous. We sat there quite a bit and watched the waves roll in and out. Saw gorgeous sun rise, sun sets and moon rises. The nature life on the island is awesome - heron, egrets, osprey and a big horseshoe crab at the dock. We have never enjoyed the beach as much as we did on this vacation. Thank you David & Geeta. The cottage is wonderful and you were great to work with. Janice"

  • Great family spot

"The pictures did not do this place justice. It was nicer than we had expected. We spent the week with my extended family and the space was perfect for us. My family of 5 took the entire second level which had bunks for my kids and a generous size bedroom that fit a pack n play nicely. It was perfect and quiet away from the noise of the common area. The main living space was very open. It had a great screened in porch and fabulous dining room that fit us all. The king size bedroom was large and perfect for my parents. The upper level bedroom was perfect for us since we had my younger sister who does not have kids so she could hide from the madness. They had a great backyard that the kids loved and this place was about .25 miles from the beach. The only reason I would not give it 5 stars was because we had to do a heavy scrub of the grill and it would have been helpful to have a few more beach chairs, but other than that this place was great!"

  • Great vacation with family and friends :)

"My family had a great experience in Narragensett stay at this wonderfuly located house. The neighborhood is very inviting and a great environment. The house was perfect for our family. It is nice how there is bedrooms located on the first floor and on the second floor, which allows for privacy or a seperation needed. The majority of the week their was 7 us there, but we had some friends visit and the house felt plenty spaciuos with even 10 of us there. The outdoor shower is amazing, especially after a day at the beach. The house is a bit outdated, but it was never anything that made the expereince unenjoyable. It fits the beach setting very well. It is a 5 minute walk to the Sand Hill Cove Beach/Roger Wheeler Beach. We never paid for parking since we had the luxury of dropping off all of our stuff and people right at the beach and then one person would drive the car back and walk 5 minutes to the beach. Great convenience!! The beach near the house is great for kids since it offers a calmer surf and a playground. The house is close to everything including restaurants, shops, Narragansett town center, etc. The hidden secret about this house is the 3 amazing decks. All of them have a unique feel with different views. We spend so much time having breakfast, lunch, dinner, coffee, reading, talking, and relaxing on the porches. Overall we had a great experience and will probabaly go back next year!"
