"The view totally makes this property! Every room that you might hang out in has a view of the ocean. If you are up early, there is a beautiful sunrise to welcome you to the day. We were in LC for a family reunion and there is plenty of space in the house to socialize with guests. My sister brought kayaks you could walk down to the water from our house. My husband swam there. We had a fire there on the beach with s'mores on one night. There are a few quirks like the saggy yellow-striped sofa and a shower door that needs some adjusting but given the other benefits, they are easy to overlook. We especially loved walking in the mornings, swimming at South Shore and going to Sakonnet Vineyards. The owner was always responsive. We'd stay again in a heartbeat."

"The location was perfect and the house was so comfy. We just felt so at home! The house has all the amenities our family needed and did provide the perfect place to relax, visit, and reflect. Mike, the owner, was quick to respond to our questions and provided information we requested. It was a very pleasant experience! We will come back again!!"

"Came for a family wedding with a party of 8 and ended up falling in love with a home and the town of Bristol! The mushroom was in a magical setting surrounded by beautiful foliage. The house was very private and had everything you could need. Beds were very comfortable, plenty of towels, the fireplace was great for the one cold night we were there. Beautiful views from the house and backyard. The beach was amazing, we walked every morning each way and it was so peaceful. Lots of things for kids to do and explore, found lots of sea glass. The town of bristol was very close and was the perfect New England town. The Beehive cafe is a must!!! Owners were very helpful and easy to communicate with. We didn't want to leave, and will definitely be visiting again!!"

"Thank goodness the weather for June couldn't have been more cooperative, but everyone who stayed here found the house spacious and well set up for a super fun week on the water.
We made chowder from clams farmed off the dock; we kayaked the pond in the double kayak; walked or rode to local beaches. If you have littles, the Wheeler Beach we found to be safe and welcoming.
I loved the way the house was organized and we felt comfortable cooking and dining there, either on the porch or at the dining table inside.
If we do this again, this is the property we'll request first!"
