"We rented this home for a long weekend so our extended family could be together to celebrate our sons recent college graduation. The house was more than we expected - clean, nicely decorated-the layout was perfect for our large family. The views are beautiful and the weather cooperated so we could utilize the amazing backyard.
The owners are very organized, friendly and easy to work with . We would definitely recommend this home and hope to return in the future."

"Our family of four stayed here at the end of June and it was wonderful. We chose this house because of the proximity to the beach even though it had more bedrooms than we needed. I would say eight could stay there comfortably. There is plenty of room and it is nice and clean. They have a dishwasher, and a washer dryer which is really a plus. We have stayed in places where we have had to hand wash dishes with no washer/dryer so this was very nice. You don't feel like you are on vacation if you are constantly doing dishes in my opinion. We didn't do laundry the whole time but it was nice not to have to pack so much stuff.
My kids, 3 and 5, loved the yard. It is huge but also private. The decks are so nice, we ate outside everyday. I liked that there were a good variety of board games and lots of books to choose from too for those rainy days. The beach is great! It's an easy walk but with the kids we just got a weekly pass to the beach and drove back and forth. (They have a lot of sand toys and snacks and drinks and and...) We often went to the beach two times a day! The kids had a blast playing at the beach and running around in the yard. The both slept so well!
There is not much going on in Little Compton, which is why we chose it. It's not touristy at all, so nice. If you are looking for Mini golf and shopping malls this isn't the place. Although they do have some nice local shops in town and in the surrounding towns. I would stock up at the grocery store in Fall River then fill in items from the general store, the Bridgeport Seafood market in Tiverton (they have the freshest seafood and are really nice folks!) and the roadside farm stands. Grays is good for ice cream and in the nearby Westport MA there are some more great ice cream places. The vineyard is close and really nice and Buzzards Bay Brewing is around 20 minutes away. Nice selection of beers in an amazing setting.
The owner was very nice and quick to respond to questions. I would say if you want a low key vacation of beach, delicious food and drinks, then this is the place. Highly recommended!"

"Ever walk into a room and think, "Man, this is perfect". That was my experience here. The place was clean, charming, and well stocked & equipped. The only thing it was missing is a stove, but I never cook on vacations anyway. Very close to town, parks, beaches, and mansions. My wife and I stayed with our 7 month old son, and found the space just right. We can"t wait to come back!"

"this little cottage is a perfect retreat after a day at the beach - very clean and comfortable kitchen/living area - and a great deck - all tucked away off the main drag on a very private little street - close to everything you need - i recommend this place highly -"
