Great vacation with family and friends :)
"My family had a great experience in Narragensett stay at this wonderfuly located house. The neighborhood is very inviting and a great environment. The house was perfect for our family. It is nice how there is bedrooms located on the first floor and on the second floor, which allows for privacy or a seperation needed. The majority of the week their was 7 us there, but we had some friends visit and the house felt plenty spaciuos with even 10 of us there. The outdoor shower is amazing, especially after a day at the beach. The house is a bit outdated, but it was never anything that made the expereince unenjoyable. It fits the beach setting very well. It is a 5 minute walk to the Sand Hill Cove Beach/Roger Wheeler Beach. We never paid for parking since we had the luxury of dropping off all of our stuff and people right at the beach and then one person would drive the car back and walk 5 minutes to the beach. Great convenience!! The beach near the house is great for kids since it offers a calmer surf and a playground. The house is close to everything including restaurants, shops, Narragansett town center, etc.
The hidden secret about this house is the 3 amazing decks. All of them have a unique feel with different views. We spend so much time having breakfast, lunch, dinner, coffee, reading, talking, and relaxing on the porches.
Overall we had a great experience and will probabaly go back next year!"

"We stayed in the attached carriage house (pictured). This place had plenty of room for our family of four. The master bedroom is spacious, and the smaller second and third bedrooms are great for kids. The proper dining area is great for eating in. We are repeat vacationers to the area, and have stayed at other rentals in Middletown. Not many other houses in the same price range have this much space. It's also perfectly located, central to all points of interest in Newport. As mentioned in the other review, 1.5 miles to 1st beach and Cliff Walk makes for a great morning run. 1 mile the other way to Ma's Donuts and Newport Creamery is great for fattening back up. It's a 10 minute drive to the family friendly 3rd beach, and less than 10 minutes to downtown Newport. We had a great time here, and the owners are very gracious and accommodating."

"Fabulous place very cute and cozy but also more then a enough space. Nice kitchen up to date. The outside shower was a major plus. Look forward to staying again with beach so close. My children enjoyed it so much they asked if we could do 2 weeks next time."

chilly on the outside, but warm and toasty on the inside
"We couldn't have wanted anything more... Our 3 day stay during one of the coldest snaps of November was most enjoyable... Everything was there for us, from the well-stocked kitchen to the fluffiest, most comfortable beds... The views from this home, and access to the State Park were more than perfect... the dining room chandelier, the harvest table, the open concept of the living room, the family furnishings from long ago... Everything was meticulously well thought out to make your guests so comfortable. One wanted to meet the family and hear all the stories!! Thank you for one of our most memorable stays..."
