"We rented this beautiful home for a Thanksgiving weekend that will not soon be forgotten. The kitchen was perfect for the meal prep and I envy what it has for my own home. The accommodations were perfect for our family gathering. The rooms were terrific and the views incredible. We had very chilly weather so the deck was not used with the exception of taking pictures of the beautiful sunsets. I would snatch this property up again when we get a chance to be on Block Island again. Loved it."

"Our extended family of 6 adults and 4 children under the age of 8 had a marvelous reunion at the extremely roomy, clean and attractively decorated Louttit home. The deck, with its gorgeous ocean view, was everyone's favorite place to hang out for meals & conversation, and we found the house to be easily accessible to desirable areas such as Mohegan Bluffs, Southeast Light, various beaches, and downtown. The large yard was perfect for outdoor play, with the hammock a welcome respite for those who wanted to read or nap outdoors. The first floor master bedroom and bath were very private & convenient for the grandparents, and the third floor kids' bedroom, which could sleep 5, was an instant hit with the grandchildren. The kitchen was well equipped, and the outdoor grill was put to good use, as well. One minor problem which we reported (leaking shower door) was attended to very quickly by Sullivan Real Estate, who also directed us to an agency for a high chair rental for the week. We explored the gorgeous island daily, finding many beautiful places to spend time together, and were all sad to leave the Loutttit house. We hope to return there many times in the future!"

"We rented this lovely home for a Christmas family reunion with our adult children. Jackie, our hostess, set up a tree with lights and provided ornaments for us to finish decorating. The kitchen was beautifully equipped for all my holiday cooking. All the bedrooms were spacious and beautifully appointed with luxurious linens. Despite the gray rainy weather, this gracious New England home supplied the perfect setting for laughter and love."

"My family had a great experience in Narragensett stay at this wonderfuly located house. The neighborhood is very inviting and a great environment. The house was perfect for our family. It is nice how there is bedrooms located on the first floor and on the second floor, which allows for privacy or a seperation needed. The majority of the week their was 7 us there, but we had some friends visit and the house felt plenty spaciuos with even 10 of us there. The outdoor shower is amazing, especially after a day at the beach. The house is a bit outdated, but it was never anything that made the expereince unenjoyable. It fits the beach setting very well. It is a 5 minute walk to the Sand Hill Cove Beach/Roger Wheeler Beach. We never paid for parking since we had the luxury of dropping off all of our stuff and people right at the beach and then one person would drive the car back and walk 5 minutes to the beach. Great convenience!! The beach near the house is great for kids since it offers a calmer surf and a playground. The house is close to everything including restaurants, shops, Narragansett town center, etc.
The hidden secret about this house is the 3 amazing decks. All of them have a unique feel with different views. We spend so much time having breakfast, lunch, dinner, coffee, reading, talking, and relaxing on the porches.
Overall we had a great experience and will probabaly go back next year!"
