  • Great Location, Great Experience, Great Food!

"We had such a great time. The Condo was perfect. The views were great and so was the local food. We drove into Charleston for dinner and the market a few times. My wife, our two boys ages 11 and 8 and I had a blast! Will definitely will return. The owner are very helpfully and quick to response when we had questions."

  • Wonderful!

"We stayed at this home for four days and we absolutely loved it. Only a few minutes to the beach and close to downtown. Very close to everything including the grocery store across the street! I would love to stay here again."

  • Truly a beach bum's paradise

"What a beautiful home! My only complaint is that our trip was too short. We traveled with 5 adults and 3 children and there was room to spare. The separate bedroom was ideal for our trip as it allowed me to escape the chaos of the families with children. Yes, it was a little "musty," but what "basement" room isn't? Quick, easy walk to the beach. All basic necessaries for cooking. Plenty of outdoor and indoor seating. This home is also in walking distance to a bar and grill. Things to consider Linens are not included. We ended up spending ~250 on linen rental because our travel arrangements would not allow for bringing our own. Admittedly I requested WAY too many towels for our short trip. Because linens are rentals, you do have to dress and undress your beds which creates a little extra work with a 10am checkout time. Overall a great rental experience. We will be booking again soon!"

  • Way nicer than the pictures show

"Know how you hold your breath as you open the door of your rental hoping that it looks like the pictures on the booking site? Well I did & let out a sigh of relief. This property did resemble the pictures but let me tell you it far surpasses it! This place is gorgeous recently redone from what I could see. I stayed with my husband and small children, cooked every night & thoroughly used and enjoyed every single amenity this place had to offer. It was our first time staying in Kiawah so I didn't know what to expect. The reasonable cost of this unit has set the bar for price and quality for every vacation now & in the future. Check in was a snap, the key was waiting and the staff was super nice. Loved the washer/dryer being in the unit. I hadn't thought to ask if there was a tv in the master but I will from now on. So nice to set the kids up in the living room and watch a separate tv in the master. I would definitely recommend this place!"
