  • Wonderful place!

"We stayed here for a week while visiting the Charleston area. We were very pleased with this property. It was very clean and well maintained. Everything worked properly and we had no problems at all. There were plenty of nice large towels in the bathrooms, and the kitchen had all the cooking supplies we needed. There was a nice little patio in back which faced a small pond. This rental has 2 bedrooms, a den which can double as a bedroom, and 3 bathrooms, ( one full with bath, one with shower and one half bath downstairs. This was great, as we had 4 adults and one child in our group. The location is close to just about everything, beaches, downtown, and historic sites. Also, the owner was very friendly and helpful! It was an easy rental and a really great place to stay."

  • You Won't Find a Better Location

"I first found this loft on VRBO and then found out some family friends had stayed here as well. For the quality of the unit and the location, it was extremely well priced and Matt made our visit painless with excellent instructions. He was very detailed and made himself available 24-7 and was quick to respond. The lost is open and fairly spacious. It could have used a deep cleaning, as it was a bit dusty, but overall it was well stocked and very homey. It is across from a fire station and above a restaurant, so there was a bit of noise at times. But since my husband and I live next to train tracks across from a Cuban restaurant, that didn't bother us a bit. The only thing that did bother us a bit were some noisy neighbors above. The absolute best thing I can say about this place is LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! There was a 24-7 parking deck right across the street and we were able to walk almost everywhere we wanted to go. Your are literally a staircase away from Jestine's kitchen if you're in the mood for amazing fried chicken a collard greens an a couple blocks from all the shopping, restaurants, tours, and night life that IS Charleston. We did venture out of town to Folly Beach and to the Firefly Vodka distillery, which I would highly recommend. They're both just a short car ride away and easily navigable. Overall, our stay was great and if we come back to Charleston in the near future, we'll definitely be staying here again."

  • What a perfect place to spend a vacation!

"Being somewhat of a clean freak, I am always alittle cynical when walking into our lodging location on our arrival day. When I walked into this condo, I found the loft to be breathtaking and spotless! Decorated with whites and creams, the bed had lots of fluffy white pillows and the two arm chairs white in color and super comfy. The bed slept better than the one I have a home! Kit, can I we trade???? The bathroom, as well as the entire condo was equipped with everything you could possibly need for your getaway including a bicycle built for two! Judy was extremely friendly and always willing to do what she could to ensure that our stay was perfect! Thank you Judy, it was a pleasure meeting you! With limited parking in the area, it was very convenient to have an assigned parking space close to the condo. Thank you for your hospitality!"
