  • Lovely, Convenient Home

"We rented this house for a college girlfriends weekend. There were 7 of us. We loved the house. It was clean and we had room to gather and catch up. Beds were comfortable. We loved the location. You can walk to tons of restaurants and bars on Kings St. There was a parking space which was perfect for the one car we had. Parking in the area looked tough if bringing more than one vehicle. Owner was helpful and responsive."

  • Carol Ann was great help!

"We had our family vacation this year at this property. It was excellent! There were 10 adults and 3 children (ages 1 to 6) and there is plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The residence was very clean when we arrived. The kitchen is great for lots of cooks to operate at the same time. The pool was lots of fun and it was cleaned twice during the week. The beach access is just 2 houses down the road. The best part was the excellent way Carol Ann went out of her way to make our stay a pleasant one!"

  • The Charm Continues

"My family stayed here several years ago at Thanksgiving and had a lovely time. A friend and I met at this condo on the first weekend of May 2015 for a girls’ weekend. This is such a lovely, relaxed place near the beach or downtown Charleston. Kathy is incredibly easy to work with, and she provides many staples in the kitchen that you normally would have to buy. When at the condo we spent a lot of time on the lovely back screened porch-or walked through a neighborhood of lovely, historic homes to sit on the Pitt Street Bridge and gaze across the harbor. Really close to Sullivan’s Island where we went to the beach and had supper at the Obstinate Daughter (fantastic!). But there are many excellent Mt. Pleasant restaurants close by also. Red Drum is at the end of the street and yummy. This really is a wonderful condo, and you will not go wrong working with Kathy. I sure plan to visit again!! Many thanks Kathy for such an enjoyable rental!!"

  • A low country treat

"Our visit to Charleston was filled with quite a variety of experiences and we always had a beautiful cottage home to return to. There really is no down side to this rental. Jim,the owner as well as Mike, the property manager, both were very helpful and accommodating. The rooms, especially the master, were very spacious, the kitchen was stocked with every comfort utility we are accustomed to, and we left without ever having a living need unmet. Thanks so much for all of your help, Jim and Mike."
