"Our second stay in this cottage, 4th time at kiawah. Inlet cove is our favorite and perfect spot...quiet and friendly, close to fresh fields, small general store and road to charleston, wonderful pool and community dock, gated so kids can freely explore on bikes, and we love having our "own house" vs a condo in a building. The views in this unit are amazing- cant describe how peaceful it is to walk in the front door! Wildlife is abundant, even had a bobcat visit:). The property manager, Susie, is great and very attentive. Everything you need is in unit, and if you do need something SUsie will get it to you. The furniture and beds are all comfy and higher end pieces even though not brand new. The only minor improvement could be the bedding, simply because it is time to refresh as the pillows and comforters are showing some wear. Note this unit does not have a grill, so we bring a grill pan. You should definitely rent bikes while on the island for the best experience. We will always try to book this unit when we visit, the view is worth it and Susie's service is excellent."

"Our family so enjoyed a week at this lovely, clean, spacious, well-appointed home and would most certainly return. It was nestled in a beautiful, private neighborhood with only a short walk to the beach and community pool. Beautiful marsh views from the porch. Third floor bedroom with 2 trundle beds provided a great space for the kids. All beds very comfortable. We highly recommend!"

"We very much enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. We absolutely loved the views, and appreciated all the extra "touches" that Glenn made (bottle of wine and welcome note, plenty of board games, extra toddler toys for our daughter to play with, bikes, beach cart, chairs etc). You can tell that Glenn has put a LOT of hard work and effort into updating this house and making it immaculate. The only "downside" was that, I think because its an older homer and situated within a lot of trees, we did experience a bit of a "critter" problem (mostly ants, and one bat in the interior hallway from the cart port to the laundry room). Again, this might be hard to avoid given the house's natural setting. Overall, we would happily stay here again."

"My girlfriend and I recently stayed in this property while in town for a wedding. The location is perfect and Robert went out of his way to accommodate our schedules. The property is very spacious and comes with all the necessities at a fraction of the price of nearby hotels. There are several bars/restaurants/shops within a couple of blocks and the entire historic district is very walkable. We rented a car thinking we would need it for the beach or other day trips, but it ended up staying parked the entire weekend. Uber is cheap and readily available in the area, so go that route unless you plan to drive a significant distance. Thanks again!"
